Gross!!!
Check your bag after every attempt to use the drive-thru, this place almost never gets it right and will either forget sauces/napkins or large orders entirely then make refunds as painfully slow and unfavorable to the customer as possible.
I never got my large tenders going through the drive-thru and ended up getting an extra soda I wanted removed from the order after ordering a sandwich meal that was put under the tenders instead because tenders can’t come as a side.
(I ordered a meal so I wouldn’t have to pay extra for a drink when my fries and drink wasn’t put in the order as a meal when I first drove through.)
So after the tenders were not included, I returned to get the refund for the combo meal and had given back the extra soda from the individual purchase.
Realizing the drink I had been asked to give back was considered the priority refund from the meal and NOT the individual purchase, which is more expensive, I took ANOTHER trip through the drive-thru to at least get some kind of partial/full refund for the individual soda payment, but Antonio (why, man?) fought tooth and nail to keep my $4 as though I was in the wrong after had been given terrible service and nothing, not even a free drink after messing up an order that made my food get cold, to make up for it.
*****That’s not getting my moneys worth. That’s letting bad service slide.*****
Cashiers here don’t respect any good faith and be as stingy as possible to hold onto your money no matter how trivial the refund or trainwrecks of service.
Whether this is to appease corporate or stay willfully ignorant to stall out the process so they don’t have to do anything could be among one of the next world’s 7 mysteries.
The food is ok at best, so if you ever get the itch to be served by actual downies that’ll bumble around with your money a while before you can even eat your freshly vaped-on lukewarm food (the fries here ALWAYS suck, I’d personally substitute it with jalepeno poppers instead as a consolation prize for ordering at Arby’s), this is the place to go.
P.S
Even the sign outside the restaurant just says, “NO”.
It must be the company motto at this point.
Cheers, baked Alaska
When I go through the drive-thru, my dog is with me, and they always offer him a pup cup without me even having to ask. He gets so excited when we pull up! Little things like that make a huge difference. Food’s always hot, my order’s always right, and they move quick even when it’s busy.
It’s just a solid spot all around, great people, clean place, and good vibes.
But they cant” Cook the Meats”
Steak was burnt to an insane crisp
