Only giving it one star because they need to figure out a better way to do drive thru. I’m not talking about sending the employees out to take an order either, they probably deal with enough already. The layout of the parking lot is ridiculous. When waiting in line you block people in from being able to leave (when they’re parked in the parking spaces) and the line sometimes extends into the chipotle lot next door on one side and the circle k gas station on the other. They need to make this a double lane to avoid the massive traffic jam that occurs almost daily. Other than that the baristas are great at what they do here.

Every single time I’ve gone into this facility they are 15-20 minutes delayed and have no sense of urgency. There’s been countless times they are talking amongst each other during a rush rather then helping their line inside. Or catering to any of the customers inside waiting for their mobile/delivery orders. I’ve also seen them feed each other cake pops over the counter, misplacing DoorDash items unpacked on the counter for other customers to grab, and simply being passive aggressive to customers because the customer requests their attention. Not sure what’s hard about doing your job.

Do not come here, I came for a tall 3 ingredient pink drink. Acai base, coconut, and dried fruit. I tasted this horrifying drink and it had no flavor it was straight up water. I had asked for a remake but the lady at the window just explained the ingredients to me. Tell me when did I ask for that information? I just wanted a remake and so she went and got me a new one but looked just the same if not worse and tasted worse. Thankfully I went to a different location and got another drink 1000x better than the first drink and they were so apologetic even though it wasn’t their mistake. This store couldn’t even apologize for something they did. Horrible customer service

If you order a drink with extra anything, like extra topping, caramel syrup or when you ask them to line your cup with caramel, they completely IGNORE it. On the PSL, they don’t even put any toppings at all. I have to ask for extra whipped cream to get any at all. NOT IMPRESSED

It’s bad enough this store can never make my drink right no matter how frequent I visit, but the attitude on three separate workers today was unbelievable. I have to be admonished for not asking them to stir my coffee by one girl, then treated like I am mentally impaired by another for asking her to repeat the cost, and a third woman who acted like the cash I was giving her was the most difficult thing she’s had to deal with in her entire life.

Isabella was great! I came in when they were quite busy, yet she was calm and friendly and very efficient. Another worker was seeming a bit stressed and Isabella kept her cool towards her as well. I’ve worked in those environments and we know we have to be nice to the customers but much harder to keep your cool when a coworker is not helping the situation. I was quite impressed with Isabella having a game plan and handling the situation. AND remembering what item I was waiting for and made sure I got it!!

I didn’t realize my birthday wasn’t entered on the Starbucks app until today, even when I entered it in the free drink voucher didn’t show up. They made me pay for my coffee even though I was more than willing to show my ID as proof.
