Good pretzels. A bit on the expensive side but, it’s the mall. Tucked away in an out of the way spot. We could smell the pretzels but, had a hard time finding it. If we hadn’t if smelled them, we would not have known the were there. If you’re looking for them, use the entrance by HuHot Mongolian BBQ.

I went to Pretzelmaker earlier this week and my pretzels were amazing!! They were soft and you could tell they were made fresh. The young guy named KJ (I think) was absolutely pleasant.

I like to rate 0 if there was an option. The owner/manager needs to work hard and know how to hire proper employees. I just had a terrible experience with their service. They all had the most terrible attitude you can have in a service place. I am guessing maybe because I didn’t tip? Regardless, definitely wrong attitude to work in a service sector. I think the service plays roll of 50% and the other 50% the quality of food/products. I do not recommend this place.

Typically love pretzelmaker but was less than impressed with the one on Manhattan, Ks. The pretzel had been sitting for a long time and had the consistency of cardboard. The employee was wondering around in the bad and took a few minutes to come up. I understand that times are hard and business is slow but I would have rather waited another 5 minutes for a fresh pretzel.

Pretzels are delicious and hot but they are always understaffed. The people working are doing the best that they can but the managers should be staffing 3 or 4 people at busy times. I feel sorry for the staff – they always seem stressed out.

I love Pretzelmaker in San Antonio, TX so when I was in Kansas visiting I went to get some delicious, warm, pretzels. To my surprise I got hard, unflavorful, old pretzels and Kailitri told me that there is nothing he can do that they don’t just make fresh food here. Well that was obvious! I was refunded even though he was incredibly rude! Never again!

Pretzels are good. Customer service is okay, depending on who is working. Many times while I’ve been there, they don’t have pretzels ready. Usually 10 min wait.
