Is this place the preview of human-less McDonald’s?

I’ve had multiple issues at this McDonald’s, and this last visit really took the cake (or the sundae).
First of all, there’s no seating inside, which is already odd. Then I was given root beer instead of Coke. When my fiancé went inside to exchange it, he stood there for seven full minutes before anyone even acknowledged him — despite staff being present. Eventually it was fixed, but apparently eye contact is optional here.
Drive-thru orders are also consistently wrong, which unfortunately seems to be a regular occurrence and not just bad luck.
The grand finale: I ordered a plain sundae so I could give it to my dog Bella. She loves car rides. She loves ice cream. I clearly explained “plain sundae.” The employee at the speaker acted like this was a riddle. When I got to the window… I was handed a hot fudge sundae.
After explaining it twice.
Now Bella is ice-cream-less, morale is low, and honestly that was the last straw. Between incorrect orders, slow service, and rude attitudes, this location really needs improvement.
And just a friendly tip: don’t mess with Bella

The absolute worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. There’s no registers, just kiosks. On top of that there’s no fountain in the lobby so you can’t even get your drink while you wait for your food. And I’m sure coming in here did no good, I just went in a queue with all the drive through orders. Straight trash. If this is the new business model you’ve lost a customer.

Atmosphere – sterile and trying to tell you “we’re not really doing indoor dining anymore.” Cramped, dirty and no employee in sight. If you eat in, you will have no choice to be by the door, and I observed the setup catching everyone who came in off guard. “At least they have a plant” lol

What service. Truly an abysmal location. 50 cents for a water cup what a Jewish establishment. I truly could not comprehend the lack of human service. This company is stealing your money and your sanity. We had to wait half an hour with no people in the restaurant. Truly the worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire 80 life. Training could not have been at a worse time. The manager was nonexistent. Truly terrible

This place is absolutely filthy. You come in and the tables are nasty food all over the floors and sticky as well. Second the general manger is absolutely unprofessional and rude. I watched a gentlemen take fries from the fry area and re fry them in the frier. I’m sure that’s not the only thing they do that’s disgusting. The wait times are extremely uncalled for. I came in and ordered a large fry and my fries tasted like old oil they were also brown. Came back and an employee told me the fryer was broke and they hadn’t changed the oil in days and there was no way to drain it or else it would go all over the floor. Very unsanitary.

Manager tried to tell me the mcdelivery window is only after a certain time LOL talk about being petty: too lazy to walk a delivery order ten feet away and hand it to someone. Quit your job if you hate it or are too hateful to be a decent person. This McDonald’s is going to continue to receive bad ratings and insults recommend any of the other ones in Champaign Urbana before you decide to try this one out
