This place is usually pretty awesome but as of late they’ve been really skimping on food. Almost three times in a row ive paid $25 for two soups and each time they’ve had about 4 chunks of chicken. In the past the portions were at least satiating but now I find myself typing this review because I spent money and am not satisfied. Please don’t become stingy Zao, your food is good and you charge a good bit for it, at least serve a decent amount so people dont regret spending their hard earned cash here and leave with regret like I did.

We live in South Ogden so we usually visit the Riverdale location. We found ourselves in this area this weekend and decided to grab lunch at this location. The staff was so kind and friendly and made our visit very pleasant! The food was delicious as always. We might just drive to Woods Cross next time we’re craving Zaos.

The food is always tasty and fresh here and the staff/management are all rockstars. They go above and beyond on customer service. I was doing an online order pickup during busy high school lunchtime and they immediately welcomed me, got me my order and anticipated me not being able to juggle 4 drinks on my own and left the busy line to give me a drink carrier. Sometimes I love to substitute out rice or noodles for their shredded cucumbers making it just a little healthier. Also, if you like spicy ask for Tiger Sauce! Today was the traditional bowl and I ate it up fast!
