I love the high energy of the girls that work in here, they are definitely not just standing around like some coffee shops. They rock. The drive-through lane is a little funny in the parking lot but inside has a nice vibe. I recommend the blended caramelicious with an extra shot of espresso.

I love this location! The staff here is fantastic. It’s a very busy store, and the drive thru line is always long, but they get you through it so fast! There is a lot of planning and coordination behind the scenes I am sure. Every staff member I’ve encountered there is friendly and efficient. They are a great team!

I go to scooter pretty often and I’ve been to this location 5 times now. I get a hot mocha every time and it just tastes like water with espresso in it. All the other locations I go to the it tastes much better. The line was very fast and the lady at the window was friendly but we pay for coffee along with the experience but customers typically would rather a good tasting coffee over a great experience considering we pay a lot for the coffee and that’s what we leave with to start our day. Just some feedback to maybe go more in depth on training the employees and bettering there coffee making skills.

My girlfriend was convinced that going in would be faster, as the line was out onto the street, so I noted the car we would have pulled in behind and patiently waited inside. The teamwork was amazing to watch, and when they got to my order, the car that was in front of me was pulling out.
As I was leaving, I made sure to tell the manager, as she was announcing to the customers walking in that “going through the drive through was faster”. So I made sure to tell her they were killing it, cuz the timing for both is dead on

Worst Scooters I’ve ever been!! I was there a few days ago and this barista I think her name was Alison or something, she was so rude! I asked for extra protein powder and just gave me a look that made me feel uncomfortable. Save your trip and go to Starbucks .
