Although I wasn’t in the restaurant physically this time, I have been in the past, and it’s always clean. People are always very helpful. This time I did drive-through, and I got my order perfectly, correct. My friend loves the chili dogs, I, being from Chicago, prefer Chicago dogs. They’re not perfect, like in Chicago, however, they’re great substitute and nearby. And all I highly recommend the schnitzel for your adult needs.

Chili tasted like the canned variety. Their corndog was better than their chilidog, crunchy crust and batter was tasty.

This is a really nice Weinerschnitzel. It’s been here for decades and recently underwent an interior renovation. Some of their menu items are a little pricey, but everything’s delicious. There’s also a drive-thru if you’re in a hurry.

Haven’t been in a while drove by and saw the $6 chill cheese special and gave it a try. OK, Just next time will have the cheese removed from hot dog but keep.the special price.

Close to the Interstate 5 freeway. They have some pretty good deals with coupons and couldn’t find my online ones. I ordered two chili cheese dogs with bacon ranch fries. Cashier said I should get a drink to make it a combo and I save some cash. Very fast service and during cold months chilli just hits the spot for me. Nice break from work.

Either you have something or you don’t. If a customer can order something as innocuous as Soda water (aka, sparkling water or Carbonated water) on one visit and get it, with no questions or grief, then the customer should then be able to order it just as easily the next time. But apparently only one or two employees are even aware that they sell it and they weren’t working today. I ordered 2 mustard dogs, clarified all beef, and asked for Soda Water. Guy on the box says they dont carry it. Fine, just the food on its own and a bottle of water, which I quickly retracted. Get to the window to pay for the 2 hotdogs, and with a prior receipt in hand showing where I was charged for a small water but explain that I ordered and was given Soda water, with zero qualms or conversation. She says they don’t have it, shows the receipt to a male who I couldn’t see and then some Other guy comes and tells me that they don’t have it. He can try to “take the machine apart to get it” for me but they don’t carry it otherwise. Some locations yes, but Not this one. I explain that if I could order it on several other occassions and get it then maybe they aren’t aware of the extra button located on most Soda dispensers. One small button for regular water and another small button for Soda Water. He keeps speaking to me like I’m crazy, like Im losing my temper, and that I couldn’t possibly have ever gotten it from here because they don’t carry it and offers again to take apart the machine and he could try to get just Soda water “but it might break the machine.” Then straight up accuses me of being mad and angry. Uhm, frustrated beyond all belief? Yeah, why wouldn’t I be. I get 30 minutes for lunch and instead, I am having to sit here and involuntarily debate on whether or not they carry something I’ve been given on other visits but telling me Now that they don’t even carry it. Either you carry it and Everyone KNOWS you carry it and knows HOW to provide it or you don’t and the rest is moot. But to try and manipulate me, by stating that in order to give it, you might chance breaking your machine and continue telling me that I’m mad? I *wasn’t* ‘mad.’ Frustrated and feeling gaslit, that you SUDDENLY no longer have soda water when you had it just a week or two ago but now telling me you’ve never carried it? Yes, but I was not mad. That is not until he chose to spend 5 minutes debating the matter with me at the window. Then proceeds to hand me a cup with what appeared to be carbonated water in it and what was supposed to be (2) beef mustard dogs but turned out to be pork mustard dogs. So, no, I wasn’t mad at all when I arrived and began conversing about the Soda water. But through His action at the window and his words to me alone, yep, I was fuming by the time I left, not to mention that all of the time and unnecessary conversation crushed and wiped out my appetite, so thanks for That on top.of it. Sort it out: you carry it and everyone is notified that you do and how to provide it or you don’t. But a paying customer shouldn’t never have had the experience I did today. Especially, after being able to order and recieve it just a week or two ago.

the worker at the window was very rude to me after i told her i didn’t know how to ask the drive thru AI for as much mustard as possible. i work fast food as well so i really try to be empathetic because i completely understand how exhausting it is dealing with rude/stupid customers all day but i really don’t think i did anything to warrant such a rude response. maybe she was just having a bad day but it left such a bad taste in my mouth especially since the other employees here have all been very kind to me.

i normally don’t leave reviews or negative reviews for that matter but i’ve still been thinking about this since it happened a few days ago and it’s left such a bad impression on me that i had to say something. i didn’t catch the employee’s name but i hope she’s having a better day today!

Last, night the Lady in the drive thru was so rude & scary looking. When we asked for 2 forks she responded in a creepy way & whispered there’s two forks in the bag. When we opened up the Bag there was NO forks…. She creeped us out. ‍
