I would have given them 5 stars, but everytime I try to order on line lately it won’t accept any credit cards, then when I go in an order: the cashier says their having a problem with the online orders. Not cool, cause now I have to wait until my order is prepared. Which is not that big of a problem because their pretty fast. It’s just the inconvenience for me.

I ordered on the app. Went into the store. I was looked at like I was dumb. Watched people who ordered at the counter get their food before me. 5 minutes later, walked up to the counter and they didn’t have my in app order in the system I guess. It was my pickup time, so I thought my order would have been done and ready for me to pick up, not that it wasn’t even made yet. Had to show the workers my order confirmation 5 times plus tell them the name on my order multiple times. And after this, my order was made incorrectly (was supposed to be no lettuce, no tomato. Guess what it had on it? Both!) I won’t be coming back to this store. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Here’s what I liked, and didn’t like.
Dislikes:
1) Was my first time in there, and I bought a Detox Island Green smoothie for myself, and a Sunrise Sunset smoothie for my mom. My smoothie was flat out nasty! I think it would’ve tasted way better with more pineapple to sweeten it. It was a bitter mess, never ordering that again! My mom said her smoothie was really good though.
2) Their smoothies are wayyy overpriced. Those two smoothies were damn near $20! They are fruit drinks, are you serious?! I don’t know why I paid for that.
3) The decor was blah. They can do better than that honestly, and they may wanna run a vacuum cleaner over that floor mat.

Well…if the prices weren’t so high, I would probably go back for a more sweeter smoothie. But naw…..I’m good.

Definitely could’ve been cleaner. Had cups and trash under the counter where smoothies were made. The tables in the dining area were not wiped off. Services was ok. Mostly kids working inside.

I order from here a lot and I used to love it, but today marks at least the 4th time in a row that they’ve got my order wrong when it’s not even busy hours. Sucks to get the wrong order when this stuff isn’t cheap

What you would expect from a tropical smoothie franchise if it was done right. Most locations do a horrible job. This location is better and the employees have good attitudes. Sandwich I ordered had less meat than usual when I order it tho. Smoothie is as well blended.

The Tropical Smoothie at 22600 Greater Mack Ave, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080 is great. Justin, I believe the Manager there is Awesome (If he is not the manager, he should be). He is very friendly. His Customer service skills are exceptionally wonderful. Thank you Justin for being the best Manager! 🙂
