J ,the shift lead was phenomenal to work with! He saw one of his team members made a mistake on the pizza so he gave us that pizza AND made another one that was ordered! He didn’t even hesitate. Great customer service and great pizza!

They make the best pizzas as far as Little Caesars goes. The last time I was there, the girl behind the counter was on her phone. When I asked her a question, without looking up she told me to hang on and grabbed someone from the back to answer my menu question. Maybe she was new, but she was definitely occupied with her phone.
The rest of the staff were nice and checked in with us to let us know where they were in our order process. Not expected, but appreciated for sure.

This pizza tastes like a little kid soccer participation award. This is just about the most forgettable meal you’ll ever eat. Did you eat it at your neighbors birthday party, or your company’s bowling night? Chances are probably both. You’ve already had it 6 times this week, we just all forgot we’ve been doing this to ourselves since 2009.
Other than that slight complaint, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I know I know
I just pretty much had the greatest roast ever on google maps, however, ☝
In a pinch, this can substitute as a heaven on earth. In the moment we all make our decisions….sometimes the right ones…sometimes the wrong ones.
But no matter what, our consequences of our actions will always be hot n’ ready.

this place is terrible. been waiting over 40 minutes for just two pizzas. we’ve watched at least 10 other pizzas get served instantly, many people have came in before us. never coming back. thanks for nothing

This Little Ceasers is sooooo bad. Walked in and ordered 3 classic pepperoni, and 1 cheese. They said they only had 2 pepperoni, and it would be a 15 minute wait. I told them that was fine and I would wait. Fifteen minutes later I went in to get the pizza’s and they told me they had not cooked the cheese yet and it would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I got the cheese pizza. Then I took them home …. and opened the boxes and was stunned to see 4 pizza’s, that are hard to actually call pizza. All four pizza’s had between 2 and 3 inches of crust, with about half the sauce and toppings. See the photos attached for how bad these pizzas were.

People. Listen to me. This new Caesar Caesar pizza is incredible! New favorite hands down. My family devoured it. Ages ranging from 10 down to 4 and the actually ate the crust! For the price this is such a great value. Where all the other restaurants are raising prices and cutting back menu items little Caesars is crushing it.
Plus the service at this location is good they do a good job here.

I don’t know what they serve here, but it isn’t pizza. I usually avoid this location at all costs because the pizza is always so bad. I have never gotten a good pizza from this location. It is worse than what you’d get from under a heat lamp at a 7-11.
I understand that you’re not expecting a gourmet dining experience when grabbing a Hot ‘n Ready from Little Caesars, but most locations still manage to produce a decent pizza. Not this one. I have never had a good experience here and always end up feeling like I’ve wasted $30. I won’t be going back to this location and don’t recommend it. The pizza is so carelessly prepared and cut that it almost seems intentional at times. And every pizza tastes like they made it in the morning and it’s been sitting there all day.
I highly recommend driving to Lindon or any other location if you’re craving a Little Caesars.

I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza. What I received was nothing more than a regular pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis. Basically false advertising. The description of the pizza says pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust. Paid almost double for nothing.

For better or worse, we have been purchasing Little Caesars pizza for close to 20 years. We live just down the street from the Highland location and for the last 3-5 years they have consistently disappointed us. The common sene is that you walk in and they literally have stacks upon stacks of pizza everywhere, a crowd in the lobby, but they never hand out any of the pizzas. Waiting there for 20-30 min, the stack only grows and no one is handed a pizza. Honestly it is bizarre. It didn’t used to be that way, and we’ve only ever seen this at the Highland location.
Occasionally we’ll get lucky, and they’ll actually have hot and ready pizza, but usually only on weekdays and well away from dinner time.
I don’t know if Highland city has come in and prevented them from serving “hot and ready” or what, but whatever process they are now operating under, the whole “hot and ready” concept seems to have taken a back seat.
At any rate, when they say there is a 20-30 min. wait, we just go to the American Fork location (5 min. down the road) and there, they always have pizza ready to hand out. The whole “hot and ready” concept that is printed on the box seems to still apply. We hope that the AF location never takes any notes or tips from the Highland location.
