I gave him one star because they do not know how to treat customers. They are one of the most ruthless places I’ve been to specially the manager She does want to take your order and she is just contaminating food. I seen her. She use a dirty rack to clean something in the front and then she put it right next to the fries station oh dirty

Walked inside just to be turned around and told to go through the drive thru because lobby was closed. Placed my order and went home to eat, never checking my order. Big disappointment!! Buns were hard (like old, not over toasted) meat was burned & dry. Old soggy lettuce, tomatoes and onions were placed on my burger! BK was 1 of the few places left that price was decent per size of burger. Another Fast-food marked of my list. It’s amazing how places that do business like this manage to stay open. At least they got the name correct.. “The Impossible Whopper” was Impossible to eat.

Very bad service at night there is only one lady cooking and this lady dressed in black I imagine is the manager, I asked her if she could change my fries because they had a hair on them and she rudely grabbed the fries and told me I had to wait for more new fries to come out, then she rudely took the fries to my table and I said thank you, she did not respond to me and I said thank you for the second time to which she ignored me and with her face in a bad mood, I know that these jobs are very hard but they should have more people who can replace these bad-tempered people in a short time so they can go out to breathe for a moment and relax their anger, two people in a place like this it is obvious that she is going to be bad-tempered treating customers badly, she ruined my dinner.

Food was cold they probably just have it sitting out and the vegetables look like they are going bad and they still decided to put it in your burger vs throwing it out. It was disgusting and not edible.
