Until today I was a regular customer I would have never seen this if it was for my 3 year old asking for some and boom long hair just swimming in the soda not only did I drink out of my son did as well I instantly started throwing up never made it to the food appetite gone just sick to my stomach hair nets would be great ( if you can’t see it just zoom in )

These people don’t know what a “double cheese” burger is, it’s the only burger king I go to that puts one slice of cheese on a “double cheese” burger… I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a mcdouble. For $4 each double cheeseburger I’d rather go to McDonald’s and get a mcdeal buy one double cheese burger get 1 for $1 more or drive an extra 10 minutes and go to the one by Busch gardens where they do it the right way..its called a “Double cheese” burger not a double burger with cheese

It’s gotten worse with the new management. They have given us the wrong order twice today already. And this is the kind of but her we got. The lettuce looks old and disgusting. We went back again and the manager gave us an attitude and claimed that the number 12 was not the rodeo burder as shown outside, but inside it was different. She didn’t bother to check and it was by far the worse service we have ever gotten. I usually love Burger King for their fresh ingredients but this just made me sick.

This location is honestly a hit or miss it depends on who the manager is that day when you go other than that when there is a good manager there the food is fresh and service is fast. Some days you have people there that don’t really want to work which is mostly in the evening time and that makes the wait longer and orders are inaccurate leaving you to be pulled up and waiting for your new order to be remade. This location is near my job so because it’s a 50/50 chance of being satisfied I still visit this location often.
