Really enjoyed our visit to Charley’s Phillysteaks! The atmosphere was great — there was a gentleman playing guitar and singing while we ate, which made it extra nice.
There was a small delay placing our order since the drive-thru was busy, but Jennifer quickly stepped in, apologized, and took care of us right away. She was super friendly and even recommended the strawberry lemonade (so good — and sweet!).
The steak sandwich was delicious, and the cheese fries were great too. Fresh, flavorful food and friendly service — we’ll definitely be back!

Pleasant surprise, live music (acoustic guitar) being played by a man named Levi Grieves/Creed. Fries weren’t great but the music made it better.

The philly cheese steak is just alright, I’ve had bigger and better subs at Publix. The lemon pepper wings were delicious, crispy and you can actually taste the pepper and lemon. The peach lemonade was tart and the sweet peach pieces flowed through the straw.

I had a terrible experience at this Charlie’s Cheesesteak location. The food left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. While I was ordering at the drive-thru, the cashier was rushing me, sighing, and acting like taking my order was an inconvenience. The attitude was completely uncalled for. If you don’t like working in customer service, then maybe fast food isn’t the right job. I will never return to this store. Very disappointed. Thank goodness for Salems that is right across the street and though I had to pay a little bit more there customer service was phenomenal!

Took forever to be acknowledged at the drive thru. My coke was not even filled up to the top; left an inch at the top of the cup. My fries were missing from my order. Paid way too much for what I got. They need new management!

It says on their listing they are open to 10 pm, just left at 9:37 pm after they said they are closed. So if you are planning on a late trip, looks like this will not be the spot. Love the sandwiches though

Had a homeless guy blaring a Guitar in the corner the whole time we was trying to eat . Everytable was dirty and old food and trash on the floor. The drink machine was leaking water on the floor all around it. The worker that took our order was nice and the food was great .
