Firehouse Subs is the most underrated sandwhich shop in the game! Hook & Ladder, Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket are phenominal, be careful with the cherry limeade, it’s addicting but really sweet. The only loss of a star here is because they forgot the “au jus” on the French dip. That hurt a little but won’t keep me from going back.

So we order from here a lot because our child loves the hook and ladder. But, the other day when we ordered our usual (we always get this chicken parm meatball sub every time since it came out) it looked like this and it smelled burnt and it was horrible. We are usually able to put them in the fridge overnight and eat them the next day but this time it was so hard you could hurt someone with it no joke.
I’m very disappointed and I don’t understand how whoever made it didn’t see how burnt the ends were plus the inside.

This my first time getting food from here. The sub is really good and nice portions but the bread was sooooo soggy like I just ordered it and it was wet and falling apart 🙁 really bummed about that. Also I have to say it’s a little silly to only get a quarter of a pickle with a giant sub. They should at least give u a half

Been going to this shop consistently. Last night I got the same sandwich as usual and the employee must have used a dirty knife to cut my sandwich. There was tomato sauce on the outside of the container as well as in my sandwich when he cut it. So so gross and huge no no due to cross contamination. I will not ever be back

When i went in the workers where very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Food arrived within minutes of ordering. I got the steak and cheese. It was juicy, savory and delicious. A great bang for your buck. 10/10 will be dining again.

My order was made incorrectly and when I told the young lady about it she got an attitude and slammed the food down on the counter and threw it away.
My order was remade she never apologize for making it wrong. When I left the store they didn’t even say goodbye.
I will not stop back at this establishment there are other food choices in this area.
