Didn’t rate the service because I didn’t even get served they just refused to come to.the speaker at all I went around 3 times! Clearly there was people walking around inside and they just ignored me speaker asked if I was using the rewards app and I said many many things to the speaker noone cared to answer back… I was hungry and pissed! It wasn’t closing time yet for luke 30 min! So like they coulda at least been like we are not serving anymore like decency is respectful..

So if you dine-in there most likely won’t be a cashier to take your order as employees look at you waiting for you to go to kiosk, so that’s what we did. I was looking forward to getting my favorite mex pizza so I ordered 2. Now comes the problem… The food tast like chemicals infused product. The pizza was deceptive as that it had pasty chem-beens with chem-meat surrounding it. I felt robbed and why the hell it taste like chemicals! I think we put to much trust in fast food that they could mix life altering chemicals in food and we allow it by keep going back for more. What is the chemicals in food and is there some long term harm ingesting the hidden substance? Well I’m done with Taco Bell and any fast food that give lacking service and mystery food. Work ethics is lacking these days.

Arrived at 7p.m. on October 9th. (So the boss can check the schedule) .
– they gave us the order, but missed 3 supreme tacos, they just gave us the regular DLTs. Crunch wrap was a little burnt. Our at home taco bell is better with the kit. Next time we’ll save the money

To start with, I always come to this taco bell because it’s right down the road. But the problem is that everytime I come here my order is always missing something. I’m just now finally writing a review because it’s happened too much and I can’t keep putting up with it. I ordered and cheesy double beef burrito grilled. They came to the window to let me know they messed it up and made a grilled cheese burrito. Of course this isn’t what i wanted so I ask them to remake it. There was a little bit of attitude but I didn’t mind. When they gave me my product i went home. After arriving home I went to eat my burrito just to find out they barely grilled it, almost as if they did it to keep their drive-thru times low. But it gets better, they didn’t even make MY REMAKE right. It’s very unprofessional and it’s always something when going to this taco bell. I don’t want to be compensated, I just want my food done correctly.

They hardly ever put meat on your tacos, burritos or your quesadillas.
I ordered my kid a quesadilla one night for dinner and it had 2 tiny pieces of chicken on each triangle. He ate shells. Like seriously? I could of given him a dang piece of bread and ho here hun enjoy..
Which i did end up making him something else. Which is crazy cause I spent money on the quesadilla. Dont waste your time just go some where else.

Very unorganized. I ordered food first then everyone after me got their food before I did. When i finally got my food I had to remind them of my missing chips. The chips were too oily to eat. Hard to explain. Chalupa was hard. Nice staff but just not organized

Everything was fresh. I ordered two tacos for my daughter and I also bought two of the spicy potatoe tacos (I try to stay away from meat). The potatoes were Perfect!! The guy at the window was Awesome!

When I walk in to get my breakfast, ,lunch or dinner and I see a sign that says i need to order my food from a computer and not a human being. I’m walking out the same door that I walked in.. call me old fashion but I’m not and will never pay for my food with a credit card and ill never order my food from a computer… as I was walking out the door I told 2 other folks walking in they were gonna have to order their food from the Kiosk they to turn around and left. It’s good to know that I’m not the only one that feels this way . I’ll go 2 blocks down and order my food from a human and pay cash at Wendy’s…… on a sidenote this Taco Bell seems to do this a lot. I think I may just stop going there all together since it’s always a crapshoot whether or not I have to walk out the door without food.

Nah. Done with this location. I feel bad even saying it but they could care less what they serve you. We got a three taco meal, and one was about a quarter of an inch thick. All three shells were cracked. Another had about six little sprinkles of cheese. Just done. Plenty of options for fast food here and I promise you we’ve tried.
