Always delicious food. Love the fries. Always frustrated by the wording kiosks. You can ask for half and half tea. And it always seems like it takes so long to order at the kiosk. Something that might take 60 seconds with a real person. Takes 3-4 minutes. Annoying. Good service.

Person taking our order was just kind of there. Not very friendly or helpful too much with menu questions.
The lobby was clean and being cleaned as soon as diners departed.
Food came out so slow. No real rush to any employees working.
Single burgers are small.
Meat was crisp, bun was soft.
Shake was creamy.
Cheese sauce on fries weird. Fries basic and bland. Maybe cooked in sunflower oil like SS, kind tasted as if, I don’t like that taste.
Food not worth the high price when there is Whataburger here in Texas. Took a star for this.
Not something I’d eat again, but especially after the way it swelled up and bloated both my husband and myself and made us feel awful all day, even gave me a headache. I wonder if they use MSG, because that’s how I feel after eating MSG. Took a star for this.
Was asked to do the survey in store, did so and was surprised at the last question, ‘Do you feel our food is worth the higher price?’ Almost as if they know they’re too high but trying to justify it? $40 for two people to eat fast food is kind of nuts.

First restaurant I have ever been in that did not have menus up on the wall, but was pleasantly surprised at the welcoming atmosphere and customer service. Everyone was smiling and had a friendly disposition. The food was really tasty, and the shakes were a savory delight! Can’t wait to go back!

You have to order from a computer screen. No problem, but it’s filled with so many finger prints that you could swirl the screen.
Maybe they should have some type of wipes, or even sanitizer there. We touch the screen then eat with our fingers…
The avocado bacon burger was good but really nothing to right about home about. Their menu says some kind of shack sauce but there was no kind of sauce on my burger.
The smokehouse Burger is where to go! There are chopped red things. I don’t even know what it is but it’s spicy and it just makes a perfect combination with this burger. I definitely recommend this one
The crinkle fries are very good. They don’t get soggy as they sit there and that’s a plus!
Right now there’s enough parking but it is a small parking lot. I can see the parking lot being overwhelmed and full very quickly during the day.
Overall the place is clean. The staff seems to be somewhat nice and the food was pretty good. I would go back but I’m going to have the smokehouse Burger!

Best cheese fries around! Burger was good, but the bun was way too small and didn’t have any sauce or options to add sauce online. They also had a pomegranate basil drink that was very refreshing. I have tried a few of their different shakes and wasn’t impressed in that department. For cheese fries, a burger and pomegranate drink came out to be a little more than $20. Which is a little pricey, but worth it for the fries and pomegranate drink. Also, they don’t offer combos, so you do have to order each thing individually.

It was our first time and decided to stop in for lunch. The menu had different food options and a variety of drinks. The prices were pretty good. The food, atomspher, and service were all wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is a brand new location. The inside was very clean and spacious, there was plenty of window seating. The staff here were all very nice and helpful. They made sure to keep the place clean and made sure we were taken care of. The food was very delicious. My buddy and I enjoyed our burgers and fries, although I was expecting the fries to be a little better for the price I paid. Still tasty though. Rating 9.0/10

The food is amazing and just out of this world delicious! The service is amazing and the employees working there are very nice and friendly. I have been here twice already and I am now a customer for life! LOVE THIS PLACE! I highly recommend this place if you want to dine in and eat or go through their drive thru service! My second time going to a Shake-Shack, first time at this location. Server was attentive and caring, and made sure we had all we needed. Honestly, had a pretty good time, nothing outstanding, but I came for a burger and that’s what I got, so i’m not complaining!
Really, my only gripe isn’t with this location, but how Shakeshack directly encourages the use of a terminal to order. That tiny little screen is so frustrating, and i’m so glad they still have the ability to order face to face as an option.
