Extremely rude staff. They gave my bread order away and had me wait 15 minutes when the food should have been ready. Which can be understandable but talking shit in Spanish about how they were going to eat it or sell it to someone else, when it’s already paid for is uncalled for when they are the ones making mistakes and being rude for no reason. And I’m on my non-paid lunch, starving.

What people don’t understand about pizza is that you score it on quality divided by cost. In this metric, you literally can’t beat Little Caesars. It’s $5 pizza that tastes actually good. I don’t ever have issues with service and don’t mind waiting if they don’t have any “hot and ready” because right out of the oven is when they are best. If you want fancy pizza go somewhere else but if you want bang for your buck and not eating garbage, Little Caesars is head and shoulders above the rest.

In & out fairly quickly, mostly affordable, conveniently located in the neighborhood.
Today’s experience took the cake with an unfortunate turn.
Poor customer service, I got charged TWICE for my order- I told the cashier that and he said it didn’t go through twice, yet I have it on my bank statement.
Big one- female cashier upfront with glasses and a long ponytail NOT in a hairnet stood behind the registers BITING HER NAILS, and then went DIRECTLY TO THE KITCHEN AND TOUCHED FOOD.
DONE!

Very little cheese on the pizza. I’ve come here several times and the last time would be my last visit. Employees suck on making and cutting pizzas. Toppings are not equally distributed and the sizes of pizza slices is either too big and some are too small. The employees need to be retrained and reinforce their knowledge.

My toddler had been puking through out the night and now have a mild fever. I went there yesterday just to buy italian cheese bread( her fave). I know her sickness came from the bread since that’s the only food she ate that night. Service was okay.

The pizza was great, I bought it for my students who were working so hard to be present at school and on time. Our pizza was so yummy perfectly fresh and the bread sticks too. I’ll definitely keep ordering from the Moana store location. Thanks for being fast too.

This is the worst Little Caesars location I’ve been to. They got my order wrong but didn’t know until I got to the park with friends so we just started eating. The pizza was very cold and not edible so I called back and spoke with the manager who could barely speak English and was extremely rude. I had to go all the way back to exchange it only after the manager argued with me that I was a few minutes late so that’s what I get. When I got there I didn’t feel safe eating anything they would give me so I asked for my money back. This manager gave me such a hard time and was completely unapologetic. The location seemed dirty too. Will never go back to waste my time or be disrespected.
