I’ve been here twice now after 9pm and have found the ever elusive Oreo shake….shhh let’s not scare it folks, wouldn’t want it to disappear like they do 9 out of 10 locations after 9pm. Besides that I’ve only had a few orders of tacos from here and they were good. The Hispanic lady at the drive-through window is nice, polite, and muy hermoso . Very friendly but it depends on the time of day as certain people working can be very clueless when putting your order together. Because 9/10 I almost always had to go back because I didn’t get my full order. Best advice check your bags and be sure your entire order is in the bag or be upset at home.

If you can, take the Drive thru. Don’t ever walk in and order. Sat watching 4 cars in drive thru go through while I sat inside waiting for my to go order.

Guy on drive through does not pay attention and has a short memory span. This was on July 19, 2022 @7:35pm. Had to repeat my order. Its okay for me to repeat it if it was a technical issue but he was clearly just distracted by another employee. Then when I got to the window he asked if I wanted anything for my nuggets even though I never asked for any. He was also talking to another employee a lot. And how do even mess up giving condements. Smh.

Sylvia is unprofessional and a very Rude Employee what she needs to do is find a new Job if she’s not happy
I don’t think it’s right for Sylvia (Jack in the Box Employee) to be LAUGHING and Belittling Customers cuz they ONLY Ordered 2 tacos…. That’s Wrong and DISGUSTING!!!!! People nowadays are on budgets and for her to laugh n think it’s funny cuz they can’t afford anything else on the menu needs to go bck and take a customer service class or find a new job!
She shouldn’t be Laughing at all, Especially if she’s a An employee at Jacks that gets paid minimum wage….. How would she feel if I laughed in her face cuz she doesn’t speak English Correctly and only makes $15an hour….I’m sure she would feel the same way she made that customer feel……
You Need to retrain ur employees to treat their customers better at this location……..

I’ve been living in Carson for 4 months and I’ve never been in this Jacks, what a disappointment. I was thinking I was gonna get a nice hot meal but it was the total opposite. My husband and I ordered tacos and a bfast jack and a small coffee. The tacos were cold and full of grease, looked like they just put them back in the oil just to warm them up, as soon as my husband was getting ready to eat his taco it feel apart. He then went to the counter to show them the taco and the male manager looked at the cook and said “ hey this guy is saying that your tacos ain’t no good” that’s very unprofessional. And to top it off the coffee was cold and the restaurant itself stunk like sewer. Won’t recommend this Jacks to no one.
