I placed a mobile order for later in the night, but was leaving the city earlier than expected and asked for my order early. They whipped it right up for me and on my way I went! Always had a great experience with this place, would recommend highly. Bonus points for the fact that they have a drive through for these colder days!

Stopped at the Westbranch Mi location after I went grocery shopping on Nov 8th 2024. Went in side to order a large pizza. I ordered pepperoni on the whole pizza and mushrooms on half. I told them because I am paying for a whole order of mushrooms I want the whole order on the half. Got home and opened the pizza and there where very little mushrooms on three pieces. I called the store to talk to the manager and she said I can bring it back and they would make me a new one. Well that would have been ok but but I live 20 miles away which would be a 40 mile round trip. Kathreen said that is all she could do for me. So I called corporate and they sent the complaint to the owner there and I would hear from him within 48hrs. I have yet to hear from him. Very poor customer service. Will not return to that location ever.

I called ahead, I was told that it would be 15 minutes. 20 minutes later after I had to circle around the building to come back to the drive-thru my order was finally ready at about 25 minutes.

The food was hot and cooked to order. However, the inside of Little Caesars was overwhelmingly hot. I should have chose the drive thru. I wondered how the workers were making it. Otherwise, my pizza hit the spot.

First time here. I found the pizza boring. This was a round pizza with extra chees and toppings. The crust was the most disappointing. This was for takeout. The app was nice and notified us when the pizza was ready, so more stars to service than flavor.
