I celebrate my grandchildren birthdays at imos in DeSoto mo. They have great pizza and service .they still have a party room and the restraunt that holds my whole family . The manager and staff are helpful and friendly.

Waited for over an hour for a delivery right down the street. I understand they were busy. I ordered delivery because I was trying to get my son ready to bed, while his father is at work I’m by myself. Well, after waiting over an hour I receive a call that the delivery driver is broke down. They said I can have a refund or come to the store to get my order. I said I have a baby that I did not want to take out, and didn’t want cold food that has been sitting with the delivery driver. He than says they have not even started my order? ♀️

Food… Mediocre… You would think spending $30 for one pizza it would be better than subpar. I haven’t ordered a pizza from DeSoto IMOs in a few years. I was quickly reminded on 11/22/24 on why that is, I’m not the biggest fan of this style of pizza, but this locations pizza is the worst I have had from an IMOs. If you’re reading this, go to Pogolinos, heck dominoes is better than this place!
