Bathrooms were a bit of a mess. The floors throughout smelled like they were mopped with nasty water. Very smelly they however had a wide variety of drinks, foods and snacks.

Awesome cheese steak subs and great staff. Loaded up with plenty of meat and cheese ( hence the name cheese steak ) very generous with the ingredients. I would like to say anytime I get the chance to stop here I do. I wish everyone could enjoy theses subs. JUST NOT MINE!!!

Great place to eat when food court is available, located at one of Indiana’s new service plazas. The problem is they close at 7pm! Tons of truck parking left, website Google description claims open 24hrs, yet they DO NOT serve food after 7pm! WTF, truckers dont deserve hot food? Sorry my schedule routed me through Chicago mid afternoon and/or I got hung up in your states long waiting lanes at the border because your state cant get that section ever from under construction between Illinois & Indiana border. I’m sure Indiana well spent billions in reconstructing new plazas will turn out desolate as the last ones. Why dont you ask the state for some of those increased toll charges on “Only Trucks” to pay for some workers to work past 7pm!

I’m old, sure 40, lol, but the computer kiosk to buy your food is a pain in the butt. It should come with instructions. I got a cashier from the gas station because noone at HMS, and she didn’t know how to unstick it. She yelled back and got an HMS worker. This is 2nd time I’ve visited and second time its give me issues. Another guest came in after me and had the same issue. Food was great once I got it figured out. I miss the good old days of hiring a young dumb kid to ring up orders, lol. Least then you could get it fixed real quick and in a hurry when something messed up.

Just a thought,….maybe, just maybe the policy should be that employees should stay off their phones while at work BEHIND THE COUNTER ESPECIALLY and then possibly, just possibly thhe might take the time to notice how DISGUSTING the bathrooms are and CLEAN THEM??!!??!!
