There was no buffet option at that time. We ordered veggie samosas, the Butter Tikka Masala and Vindeloo. Both w rice and garlic naan. The Chicken 555 and Sweet and Spicy Chicken Soup. We got medium spicy for everything, and that was perfect spice level. The mango lassie and chai were amazing! All the food was fresh and hot. The soup is a must! We also got a dessert, though, I am unsure of the name. It was a type of pudding..served warm and very well spiced, too. We will definitely return!!! 10/10 **most things are big enough to share between two people**
We went for a buffet and it had four different appetizers and four different curries along with the rest of the rice varieties, desserts and so on.
The vegetarian dishes are separated from non-vegetarian ones, which is especially appreciative.
Desserts include seasoned fruits and Indian sweets asking with a nice chai.
Wow! My first time here. Safe to bring carnivore friends here as they have 4 meat dishes included on the buffet. The meat sections are away from veg items so it is very vegetarian friendly.
15 hot vegetarian items on buffet, plus 2 soups, 8 cold items, fresh naan brought to your table, freshly made dosa brought to your table, and a good chai, all included. Though today they did not have my favorite, sag paneer, they had other paneer dishes that were wonderful. Plenty of fresh fruit and all of my family’s favorite desserts; rice kheer, mango pudding, and gulob jamin (sorry, I can’t spell)
I have never heard of Gobi Manchurian before, if you are carnivore and like orange chicken or general’s chicken that you find at Chinese restaurants, you will love the Gobi Manchurian. It is made with cauliflower instead of chicken and if you were not told, you would think that you’re eating very tender chicken. I’m going to have to come back just for this dish alone.
If you are into little touches, I just noticed as I’m finishing up, the manga pudding has mango slices in it and they’ve actually put a walnut piece on top of each of the gulab jamun on the buffet. What a nice little touch that you usually don’t see on a buffet.
Atmosphere is bright and lively. One of my best buffet experiences in a very long time.
Update: I also had ordered biryani and decided to try that as well and see and not to my surprise it was burnt too. Really horrible taste. How does one screw up a chicken biryani?
I have never thrown food before in my life so this was a first
