Waiting time: 10 min to be seated
First dish: 5 min
Finally made it here after wanting to visit for a while—worth it.
Food:
•Special Beef Pho: Deep, savory broth served piping hot. The rice noodles are slightly thinner and pleasantly chewy. The beef sinew stands out—gelatinous, tender, and full of flavor. Portion is generous for about $15.
•Banh Mi: Large and satisfying. The baguette is perfectly crunchy outside, soft inside. The creamy spread ties the fresh pickled carrots, daikon, and cilantro together beautifully.
•Shrimp Toast: Crispy and golden with a sesame crust. Good texture, though a thicker shrimp paste layer would improve balance.
Ambience: Clean, casual, modern space—comfortable for a quick lunch or relaxed dinner.
Service: Efficient and friendly; food arrived quickly after ordering.
Value: Excellent—quality and portion exceed expectations at this price.
Standout: The beef sinew in the pho—rarely this well done.
Verdict: Solid Vietnamese spot. Already went twice in one week—will return.
Special beef pho was average.
Spicy pho was served with not thin rice noodle, but thicker and more like egg noodle.
Summer roll is juat giant roll wirh chewy meat and 1 shrimp, peanut sauce was strangely dark with no peanut flavor.
Spring roll was burnt..
Bahn mi was not bad.
Pricey for casual takeout place with self serve tables.
Best pho I’ve tried in the city!
Been going to Pho Viets for about 10 years now and the quality of the food and service remains consistently excellent. Other spots definitely try to cut corners but PV sets a high standard and delivers
Their Banh Mi’s are outstanding. I usually order the cold cut but my gf loves the grilled pork. Great pate and the bread that shatters everywhere if you try to eat it while driving (this is a good sign btw)
Other musts are the cold chicken salad, shrimp fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and spicy beef noodle stew.
This family deserves your business
