Lied to by the app. Was told my pizza was ready when it was not. Went in and they said eight minutes. Came back ten minutes later and they were just starting it. No offer of making it right. So your guarantee is a lie. Will be frequenting Little Caesars from now on. And my pizza wasn’t cut hardly at all.

We ordered three pizzas, one was supposed to be free and the other two were supposed to be $8.99. They charged us $13 something for the free pizza and charged $18.50 and $24 something for the pizzas that were supposed to be $8.99 each. The pizzas were burnt. When we called the manager was rude and unwilling to help right the wrong. This is not the first time this Dominoes has done this. But this will be the last time they will get our business.

WOW. Busiest day of the year. They have 15 people working, I counted— FIFTEEN. They’re BUSTING THERE BUTTS on this night to get every order out for those who chose to go into the new years with dominos as there last meal of 2023. Now I’ve come here about 12 times since I moved here a year ago. They’re efficient, never messed up an order, place is always clean and staff is super friendly. I love dominos for many reasons, their crust is one of the many reasons and this place runs smoothly. The food is ALWAYS fresh. These people work hard here and I wish everyone could see how hard because they were running around with there heads cut off trying to bust out as many orders as possible. We don’t deserve this dominos and these amazing people! 10/10 you go guys!

I went in for an order I placed the night before. They had it ready at 6pm which was when I ordered it, everyone here is always so nice and happy! My daughter came with and they were happily showing her how they make the pizza! They asked her favorite topping and she yelled “DOMINOS!” We laughed, she then said pepperoni! Dominos is just one of those pizzas that never get old! The place was SUPER clean and I was super happy to get my order on time!

Yesterday when attempting to place a phone order for a large ham / pineapple pizza, I had to call 3 different times just to get someone to answer the phone. I get being busy, but at least acknowledge the phone call, and put them on hold or something. Finally placed my order, when I arrived to pick it up, several people were waiting, and most seemed very aggravated. The young man that waited on me at the counter was a nervous wreck, and seemed very untrained. I asked for ” red pepper” packets, just to be informed they no longer carried those. What?! No red pepper flakes in a pizza place? Crazy …Whole I’m trying to pay for my pizza, a young woman, assuming she was in charge, was yelling so loud you could have heard her outside. I should have checked my pizza before I left, because it was over cooked, and that’s nasty especially when it is thin crust, and it had green bell peppers on it, which I did not ask to have. Totally changed the flavor of the pizza. Think I will stick to Pizza Hut for awhile…

I wanted to have Dominos pizza today. My husband and I ordered baked sandwiches today. So looking forward to having Dominos since we hadn’t had it in a very long time.
What a disappointment! By the time we got home and sat down. Our sandwiches were dry. They were overcooked.
When you look at their menu you are choosing what item to choose from.
My original thought was a pizza. But the pictures of the sandwiches changed our minds. I should’ve gone with my gut and ordered the pizza.
I’m attaching pictures to show what the sandwiches looked like. My suggestion is either you eat them there or order pizza.
You make your decision but first look at the pictures.

Terrible experience! We ordered pizza Monday evening to be ready at 11:45 on Tuesday. We have a 30 minute lunch and this was for our Christmas party. It was finally ready at noon. The cashier suggested we go “shopping” while waiting. This delay ruined the party for employees who had to be back to work at 1230. Do better, they had plenty of time to fill our order!

Was the worsted sandwich I ever had! I asked for banana peppers got 2 tiny pieces cheese steak you could literally count the pieces without double counting at $13 for a sandwich extremely disappointing and secondly employees don’t even know there menu and then speak to you like you’re an idiot and don’t know where you are placing your order!

Ordered one pizza of Italian sausage and pineapple from here, and one thing of wings. Got home and the pizza had pepperoni and sausage, not pineapple. It was Soo greasy and thin as well. Tried to call and talk to someone and no one answered the phone.

according to their online tracker, our order went in the oven at 4:08, and was “quality checked” at 4:16. a driver didn’t start to deliver it until 4:54. so our pizza’s sat on their counter for over 30 minutes. Needless to say, they arrived cold. It took four calls to even get anyone to answer the phone when we called to complain.
