We came in on a late flight and stopped at BK’s! Amanda and the drive through crew were incredibly nice. I haven’t been to BK’s in about 25 years or so and I don’t usually fast food due to the service and bad food. I worked at BK’s back in the 80’s though high school lol my husband did too. The price wasn’t that bad either. Thank you BK for your excellent service and Thank YOU Amanda for reminding us people are friendly, helpful and driven to provide great service. Sorry we started eating when I remembered the pictures. it’s 11pm

One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. I’m staying in the area for 2 weeks.. I’ve tried this location twice. The first time my chicken was practically charred and the second time I’m pretty sure I got a moldy bun… They’re also incredibly slow and ask you to pull up when there’s nobody behind you.

I will Never come back to this location. Worst service. Always issues with the zesty sauce too! First time I have EVER been told I can Only get one zesty sauce with a large order of rings. Will never come back. I’m really kind of done with burger king in general!

Worst service ever! Waited 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru even though it wasn’t busy. The staff s
eemed uninterested, and the guy making our food was painfully slow—took forever to make the burgers and fry the mozzarella sticks, then just stood there waiting for coworkers to pack them. No apology, no urgency, just a frustrating experience. Definitely not coming back!

Two times I ordered online both times they don’t have what I ordered for the drink. They offer some nasty soda as a substitute but I asked for something else Second time the woman at window got an attitude and said this is the second time you ordered this and we won’t substitute again this is not my problem it’s yours for offering a drink that you don’t carry Another employee said I needed to call corporate to fix the problem All I can say is get with the program and fix your own system it’s not my job!!

Good luck getting the right order! At that good luck getting the wrong order in a reasonable time! Enjoy your 9 gallons of mustard and “mostly” pickle sandwich, it will feel like there is something sharp in your stomach after eating here.

Literally the most underprepared, gross-smelling, nasty food I’ve even had. Found MULTIPLE insects INSIDE of my French toast sticks. Literally vomited at first sight. But the service was pretty fast tho. lol.

I ordered food online, and it was ready right on time when I arrived for pick-up. The drive-through service was smooth, and the cashier was especially friendly and welcoming to my family. It made the experience that much better. Will definitely be back!

I frequent thus BK due to location, however I was surprised when I ordered bacon double cheeseburger, it only had one patty. I had to take a double look, no pun intended. But it was definitely missing part of the name of the burger ordered. Going forward please “double’ check the order, quality assurance. Thanks!
