Sean was great today. It was my first time coming in, and he made the experience genuinely worth leaving a review. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and kept everything moving smoothly. My drink came out just right, and his positive vibe made the stop noticeably better. Starbucks’ all around the world could use more people like him.

The male employee here (red hair) is extremely disrespectful. He has been rude to my daughter and her friends on multiple occasions. Making fun of them and shouting at my daughter to “speak up!” when she ordered her drink(she is quiet) Starbucks employees are usually very kind and this particular male does not fit your typical starbucks employee . I am reaching out to management since his behavior has caused my daughter and her friends uncomfortable with coming here . please do better when hiring your workers ,I would avoid this location at all costs

Good spacious Starbucks. Very close to residential area, but on Maun street.

Probably the worst location I’ve been to. I ordered a tall brown sugar shaken espresso with light ice and a splash of oat milk, but they didn’t even add the splash. I had to ask for it again. The cup was filled far less than what I usually get at other locations with the same order. We’re paying nearly $7 for this coffee, yet the staff act like the ingredients are coming out of their own wallets.

Awful service from a usually good Starbucks. Came in to order 2 drinks to go …. wasn’t busy and I tipped well. One drink comes up, she calls my name, all good, then she puts out another…. I say “for me?” She says “No, not yours”…… I wait 10 more minutes, until the manager walks over and says “oh, this is yours too.” So I had 2 hot drinks waiting there …. they did not age well. We opened them in the car….all foam had melted, wasn’t hot. I couldn’t drive back to have them redone…. so, I’m writing a bad review. They really deserve it.

Irritated. Ordered two iced drinks- the cup was filled to the top with ice. Literally 4 sips and my husbands drink was done. Photo for comparison of the Dunkin’ coffee we drove down the street for after stopping and wasting money at this Starbucks. For a $6 drink? This is a massive rip off.

If I could give zero stars I would! I’m an Uber driver and just needed to use the restroom. I was alerted by what I thought was a nice young girl telling me that in order to use the restroom I would have to buy something. That right there just shows me That they don’t actually care about basic human needs. I have never ever heard of needing to purchase something at Starbucks to just use the restroom that’s a made up rule. I used to work at multiple Starbucks is back in the day. How atrocious of them will definitely not be back!

This Starbucks location feels like a local coffee shop. Don’t get me wrong, I will continue to support the local businesses (like Candelaria’s and Brew Coffee). However, when I do visit, I am always greeted warmly by the staff. This is in a great location with other surrounding shops, businesses and right on Main Street.
For drink customizations, I would recommend ordering on the app if you are modifying anything off of their menu.
