Extra jumbo fries came half empty and greasy.
and cold fish sandwich wasn’t cooked soggy and wet. Just threw the fish away. I ate the bun i looked at it again. It wasn’t cooked, it was frozen in the middleAnd the fish was cold absolutely disappointing for dinner unfortunately had it delivered so I wouldn’t blame the driver. But they should be embarrassed putting all this into a bag for someone to eat.

Placed an order for two combos tonight. I placed online, went to pick up and received food. They forgot the fries and a milkshake. Went back through drive-thru and told them. Received items, went home and they gave me the wrong sandwich! I ordered the fish and I received a burger, really? Please read the tickets employees. So, I called the store and was told I’ll receive a refund. We’ll see .

1st time visiting as it’s burger week they were offering the Big Buford, pictured, for $3 bucks, that’s like 1/2 off, so I thought i’d give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. The bun was soft but not too soft, slightly sweet and fresh. The veg was chilled and fresh while the burger was flavorful and moist.

I’ve been to Checkers before, but this particular location really impressed me. It’s in a great spot for a quick stop, and the food was freshly made. The staff, especially Laura, provided friendly service. We couldn’t decide what to order, but Laura, who was handling both the takeout and drive-thru sides of the store, was very patient and efficient. I also appreciated the kindness shown by the staff before we even received our food. This Checkers location is definitely a 5-star establishment for me and my boyfriend.

Avoid this one. The food used to be good but now it is just served cold, rock hard and flavorless after just being allowed to sit
around for hours. The food was inedible and thrown away. I think the fries could break glass after laying under heat lamps for god knows how many hours.

The newest Checkers in PSL is far above the average fast food burger place. Besides having a large selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches, they offer chicken wings, fry seasoned chicken tenders, hot dogs, chili and the best seasoned fries you can get anywhere. Our favorite is the “Cheese Champ”. Their friendly staff takes your order with a big smile. Everything they make is made to order, so it’s no problem ordering your food exactly the way you want it. If you’re looking for a snack or a full meal, they have not disappointed.

Last minute, I decided to have their loaded fries. It was delicious, plenty to eat as always. My only surprise was to see the inside of the site through the window. It had a messy floor, with fries & wrapping. I was also surprised to see no hair nets on employees. This brings me concerns about the hygiene the employees use.

Terrible experience. First time to this location as I began working from home again. Total time took over 30 minutes which busted my allotted lunch time. Staff member who took my order was pleasant, so no issue there. Besides the long wait time, the food was undesirable. Fries were half empty (pictured), both the fries and burger were cold (I only live literally 2 minutes away) and the requested root beer was watered down and flat. First bad experience and would probably be the last one.

It’s a little more laidback than most because of the location. It’s easier to enter if you’re heading east or south. The service is pleasant and the food is fresh. I think a lot might be made to order

Man I love checkers… this place gave me food poisoning from the burgers not being even properly cooked.. after I had my order remade. The reason for this was for a big Buford not placed within the bag after purchase. This only happens at night shifts it seems. I know it is the same 3 guys as well which makes sense to how it is consistently bad after 10 PM. Beware, you will only gain a hungry stomach here. Although I haven’t tried that mysteries number on the drive thru window. Wonder what mysteries of delays and holdups awaits. Anyways to any good checkers employees, I love you, you make the food great. To others, go away and stop giving checkers a bad face.
