I liked how they had a screen to show your order status, and it was super roomy with a nice outside balcony area. I got a caramel Frappuccino, and it was really smoothie-like. It tasted good, but it was super foamy.

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations because the staff were usually friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, during my visit yesterday around lunchtime, both the barista and cashier working at the time were noticeably unfriendly and made the experience uncomfortable. It felt very different from my past visits and was honestly disappointing.
I hope the customer service improves moving forward.

I visited for the first time since the grand opening. Previously, you had to go to the back of the store for pickups, but now you can pick up your order right by the entrance, which is much more convenient.
I tried the new menu item, the Spicy Falafel Pocket. It’s palm-sized and on the smaller side. The flavor was reminiscent of spiced Indian food, and it was absolutely delicious. Plus, it’s healthy, so I found myself wanting to eat another one!

I love the new renovated look of this Starbucks. The soft cozy seats makes relaxing easy and allows one to get work done. They also have a nice patio to enjoy your coffee drink on.

This morning I ordered a matcha latte and waited over 10 minutes when there was no one else in line and very sparse people waiting. After the barista realized she missed my drink she rushed through making my drink and it ended up SUPER clumpy with visible matcha clumps floating in the drink. I nearly choked on some matcha and ended up dumping it out. I get that sometimes there will be small particles because matcha is hard to incorporate but this was just clearly sloppy. $7 wasted I will never get back. I have had fantastic, mediocre, and down right terrible drinks from this Starbucks. Results of this Starbucks are just highly inconsistent.

Excellent excellent excellent I am on this Matcha Matcha, Matcha Matcha. If you haven’t tried a Matcha try a Matcha add some caramel drizzle in the cup and strawberry cream foam you will not be disappointed.
