Mobile restaurant is so much better!
So, I went through the drive thru to order a quick lunch, I have never ordered from this location before,, here on Bayou in Pensacola, It was a total misunderstanding concerning a scoop of chicken salad with a side and the manager Debra would not fix it!! I only got a spinach salad….Bad customer service!

First time visit. Cute atmosphere very clean tablecloths. The workers were very friendly an helpful. I ordered the original and fancy Nancy 1 scoop of each on lettuce..served with crackers a slice of pickle an a little cookie. Also a medium drink. It came to $12.00 something. I was disappointed in the salads they both tasted the same so next time if I go I’ll try a sandwich. It’s all chicken salad

The young man at the counter was exceptionally friendly and helpful as this was my first time at the restaurant. I had the food at an event in another state and thought it was good, so I tried this location after an appointment I had in the area. When I got home to eat my food, I discovered a short, dark hair on my pickle and a long, blonde hair in my chicken salad. The ONLY way that hair could have gotten into the salad was through lack of proper headwear on an employee. THAT is TOTALLY the fault of the management at this location. I’m still considering a call to health department.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue here but it will be the last. I hardly ever write a review, but this experience warranted it. First, the girl at cashier was great and I had zero issue with her.
The second person, young guy, but with heir about himself and I guess an assistant manager or something was very unhelpful. I asked if I could purchase a couple grapes or just get a few added to my wife’s Fancy Nancy sandwich. Said they couldn’t do that. Which is ridiculous.
Second. My wife gets her sandwich and I get mine and our son his. Each a full sandwich. Her scoop is noticeably smaller so she takes hers and mine up to show them and not just be a complainer. The same guy looked her in the eye and said they were the exact same, it just wasn’t spread as much. It definitely wasn’t the same or even close. Meanwhile they willingly gave out samples. Makes zero sense to not correct it and to instead essentially say she’s just imagining it.
I’m aware my loss of business isn’t huge, but do hope it brings their average down enough to at least make a person between this and another place skip them. The way you affect a business is with its business, so maybe this will help them change and improve, or dig in and keep losing business.

Great flavor options and the best chicken salad you can find in Pensacola. We got a scoop of the Lauryn’s Lemon Basil and a Croissant Sandwich with Kickin Kay Lynne.. this was THE BOMB! 10/10 recommend trying either on the croissant!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. I enjoy their food, but every single time I place an order, something is missing. This has happened repeatedly, and I’ve had to drive back to the store multiple times because they forgot to include sides in my order. What makes this even worse is that no one seems to care, and there is never an apology. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and corporate seriously needs to step in and address what is going on at the Pensacola location.

1st time eating here. I am absolutely in love with the restaurant. A young lady named Espree worked the drive thru window. She was very patient, knowledgeable of all menu items and helped me make the right choices. The food was so delicious and I will definitely return.

Very good option for a light meal. No carbohydrate rich, fried, fatty, or otherwise “heavy” options on the menu. What is on the menu is a lot of very tasty chicken salad options, several of which are quite spicy (yum!). Coca-cola fountain drinks and 2 lemonades and iced tea available for drink options. Also, water, always a favorite. Very stylish and, might I say, ladylike decor. The booths have tablecloths, very fancy!
Currently decorated for the Christmas season. Some give yourself a gift and take time out for a meal with some friends. This is a Great place to catch-up with someone you’ve not seen for a while, or even someone you talk to constantly. You’ll see.

This place was packed. That’s always a good sign to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a coupon so we had to figure out what exactly I was entitled to but the young woman was patient and kind. They’ll let you sample of you ask. I got the sassy Scotty which is cheddar bacon ranch and the Dixie chick which has onions. Both were delicious the sassy became a little overwhelming after a bite or two so I probably wouldn’t get that one again. I also tried the watermelon tea and it was good too.
