This place is WAY out of the way in a remote very rural part of Dorchester County, MD. But don’t let that fool you. This grill has wonderful food and a nice atmosphere for country dining! The staff are friendly and helpful. They slice their own fries and the burgers are large! I did not have any idea what this place would be like before ariving, but I was pleasantly surprized!! Highly recommend this place!!!

We’ve been staying locally for the last two weeks and we’ve used the Neck District Grill every day that it’s open for breakfast/brunch and for evening meals. The food is excellent and perfectly cooked by the owner, Jacob.
Jacob’s friendly and cheerful service is a great example of the importance of using a family owned diner and not just heading to a chain restaurant.
It’s no exaggeration to say that Jacob and the Neck District Diner have helped us have a fantastic US holiday in Cambridge, MD.

We decided to vacation in a quite place and we immediately found Jacob’s Neck Grille and loved it so much, we ate every breakfast and lunch there. Besides great food, the hospitality from Jacob and meeting many local folks made us feel so good and better than home. We had the opportunity to eat at big, expensive restaurants, and we preferred here. In fact, we ate and listened to great live music on the night of Sally’s birthday! Kudos Jacob!
