What I ordered: 3 double doubles 3 Medium drinks 3 fries
What I got: 3 double doubles (not how I ordered them) one of them was raw and they had no onion and one had no tomato. And 1 cheeseburger (I didn’t even order a cheeseburger) BUT NO FRIES!! They also messed up my cousins order and gave him 2 fries instead of 2 burgers.
This is what happens when jobs hire anyone. Slow service, ladies at the counter can’t hear. Just terrible, I’d rather go to panda or wait to go to Fresno. Shame on me for returning here.

(Edit) since then they have improved and now most of my food is cooked and the employees have good attitude. They also gave me a card to get another meal. Food was undercooked and my girlfriend took a whole bite of uncooked meat. Luckly the other burgers weren’t undercooked but looking at the reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue. Called reps and got a coupon for a free meal but having an uncooked burger when they serve tiny patties is absurd.

The food is actually amazing first time being at this location very fast and super friendly staff food was super fresh everyone had a smile on there face it was nice.. would recommend 10/10 thanks again for the amazing food. Drive thru was packed but went very fast..

Came here on opening night. The drive through line was crazy long so we came in through the lobby. At about peak dinner time the line was out the door. We conversated with some of the employees directing the line. They had 100 employees working on opening day and man they were busting their butts. It took about 5 minutes to get through the line, and about another 20 minutes from the time we ordered till we had food in our hands. Props to staff burgers and fries were on point, just make sure to order fries well done. New cherry coke on tap is the best!

This is not the first time since they open. so far this In-N-Out in Madera hasn’t got it right since they open I place in order with well done Cheeseburger and this what we got pink meat I feel like they do this on purpose hopefully someone see it so they can improve . This why most of the time I just drive to Fresno n eat over there

After taking just one bite, I noticed the meat was very pink and looked undercooked in the middle. I immediately spit it out and didn’t eat the rest—it just didn’t feel safe. I usually like In-N-Out, but this was a big letdown. Please make sure burgers are fully cooked, especially when customers don’t ask for anything special.

Everyone knows In-N-Out Burger tends to be consistent. Here is the part that sticks out to me about this one. There is plenty of parking here and the have a lot of outdoor seating that has a lot of good shade cover, and the tables are not next to a noisy drive-thru line. It makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Our first In-N-Out experience. Absolutely loved it. I liked how the menu is simple, easy to choose from. The service was perfect, Angel was such a lovely, friendly person.
The food was great.
