Absolutely loved this place! The service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend trying the Chef’s Platter, it’s the perfect way to taste a little bit of everything and truly experience the Mediterranean flavors. The babaganoush was outstanding, creamy , smoky, and perfectly seasoned. And don’t leave without trying the baklava, it’s unique. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.

From the moment we walked into Amar Orlando Mediterranean Restaurant, everything was genuinely impressive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with simple but tasteful decor that creates a relaxed and comfortable vibe. It’s the kind of place where you feel at ease right away.
We ordered the beef shawarma combo and a beef platter, and both were absolutely delicious. The beef was tender, flavorful, and clearly well prepared. The combo came with hummus, rice but I changed it for falafel, fresh salad, and warm pita bread, all of it balanced beautifully.
We also had the baba ghanoush, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the night. It was creamy, smoky, and full of flavor honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It was so good we couldn’t stop eating it.
The service was just as memorable. The staff was kind and attentive without being overbearing. You could tell they really care about the food and about making guests feel comfortable.
Overall, the experience felt honest and unforced. Nothing felt commercial or showy. Just great food, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere. I would absolutely return.

First time here, I’m obsessed with Mediterranean food so I have an idea of how it normally tastes and I would give this restaurant 7/10 it’s not bad their checking tawook platter is good the rice is really really good, they do go very easy on the seasoning tho which is different for me cause normally Mediterranean Food has a heavy flavor that I didn’t taste here. The Falafel was really good the tahini sauce is on point , Also the tabouleh Salad was amazing. If you’re in the area definitely stop and give them a try.
