Amazing burgers and sandwiches. I would argue the best in town. Their smash burgers are really good, and their chicken sadwiches. Gluten free options (you can sub a gluten free bun on any sandwich) and If you get a chance to try their ribs when they have them on the menu get them!!! I’ve had BBQ ribs all over America and Bob’s can compete with the best of them.

OMFG!!!! Ok so I have seen this food truck for a few weeks now and finally tried it tonight. We got a couple burgers and some onion rings with the housemade ranch. Let’s start with the burger. . I got a single all american Burger was cooked perfectly and the condiments were perfectly portioned and OMG the pickles!! Housemade pickles were amazing!! Definitely should think about selling jars of them! Ok onion rings. They were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! Definitely recommend this amazing food truck.

Everything on the menu is top notch and out of this world good but they have hands down the best Hamburger (regardless of which one choose) I’ve ever had and I’d bet the best in town as well! Plus they have amazing hoagie sandwiches, really good sides and run regular specials that often times highlights their BBQ/smoking abilities which are also out of this world. The price is more than reasonable and the portions are on point. Customer service is next level and can tell they put maximum effort into everything they do. Thanks again for doing what you do best, can’t wait till next time…

My wife and used grubhub, and the driver completely ghosted the business, but the owner I believe (I’m not sure) delivered another order himself free of charge! Top notch customer service, and the food is probably the best burger and fries I’ve had in Eugene for awhile!! I always like trying all the different restaurants in the area for their unique burgers and the Jalapeno bacon jam burger was so good, the fries too are some of my favorite I’ve had. Thanks again for the meal!! Will be ordering from here again!

Robert (the owner) is a great, personable chef that puts out some top-notch food!! My dad is a professional chef and I always knew what good food was, but dang!! This guys brisket!! You’ll leave with a full belly and a huge grin on your face once you try this food!! Absolute 10/10!! The smash burgers are no joke!! The flavors melt on your tongue and leave you more than satisfied! If you are ever in the area definitely stop by!! Rob will hook you up with whatever your heart desires!!

My family’s favorites are, the JBJ burger. It’s sweet, savory and spicy heat. The western burger is killer with the crispy onion ring, bacon and juicy sauce!
The brisket ragoons are out of this world amazing! You have to get them every time. Robert is the BBQ master. And anytime he has a special running you won’t be disappointed. There is always something different to try that has crazy good flavor. And the whole staff is so friendly and accommodating you will feel like family.

Everything I’ve tried from this food truck has been exceptional. If you get a chance, get the brisket and ribs when they’re offered as a special. The brisket was tender and flavorful and the ribs are the best I’ve had. A great addition to the Barger food truck lot.

These guys do an amazing job. They make burgers that remind me of my childhood in the midwest. These are the best I’ve had in Oregon, maybe even best ever. The brisket rangoons are off the charts delicious and the jalapeño ranch goes well with all the sides offered here.
