Wow I’m not sure if it’s just this location or Dunkin’ Donuts overall. But this donut is small talk about shrink. But I will say this aside from it being small the donut was definitely a day old. Here I am before noon and I’m eating a day old doughnut. Inexcusable Dunkin’ Donuts

We ordered a cruller along with a Boston Cream…Is it too hard to put the Boston Cream donut in the bag so that the chocolate is faced up??? Just a common sense thing!!!!! Very frustrating…

The only thing consistent about this Dunkin is how inconsistent it is. Every Sunday before church my wife and I stop to grab an iced coffee we order the same thing every time and every time it taste different. Every now and then depending on who is making it it taste good but most of the time it taste terrible. We stopped at the one in Easley yesterday and finally we got what we ordered. We go to church in Marietta and live in dacusville and like to stop at the dd in tr because it is closer and some what on the way but we will probably start leaving early and just go to the one in Easley.

After ordering a coffee in the mobile app. I waited at the drive thru for over 12 minutes. I was told to hold on but no one returned to take my order. I drove around to the window. The young lady was talking to an older guy( not an actual customer) . They continued to have a full blown conversation while customers waited at the drive thru and tried to go inside to pick up their orders. I asked for a refund which I was unable to receive since Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t own the app.
