The first few times we’ve order out from there, and the food was good. Then recently we’ve gone there twice, and the food was even better. Highly recommend this place because it the best Mexican restaurant in the area, which we tried every Mexican restaurant in beloit but this one hits every spot of authentic cuisine. The food is flavorful, colorful, and they give you a big portion. The food was not just amazing but the servers were just good hearted and checked on us the perfect amount of times. They were sweet, kind, and hardworking. We love this place. It will be our go to forever.

Without a doubt the best Mexican restaurant in Beloit, if not the state line area. We stopped for the first time during the biggest snowstorm of the year, they were beyond welcoming and wouldn’t let us take our food to go. The restaurant was meticulously clean and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food was a 10/10! Warm salsa( which we had never had.) was amazing! Burrito was HUGE! And the American style steak tacos were 10/10! This is going to be our new go to. We also learned they have karaoke and music on the weekends. Let’s support this hidden gem

This place was absolutely phenomenal! I unfortunately do not remember the name of the wonderful woman who served me and my family, but she was an amazing hostess.
The food is very flavorful and balanced. The warmth of the spice complimented the flavor of the food without compromising the overall taste of it.
The service was the best we have ever had anywhere in terms of a traditional family dine-in experience. She kept checking on us regularly, and she offered us a sample of the tortilla soup, and following that, after we paid, she still continued to check on us drink wise until we were ready to leave! (You rarely have servers checking in on you after you’ve already paid and tipped)
The atmosphere was great. It was air-conditioned, very professional, with great music, and overall vibes. (And as I was dancing to the music, our server joined in and was also singing along)
Price wise, this place is a tad on the more expensive side, but it is definitely worth it!
Overall, this place is a 10/10 in my book, and I will definitely be coming back here with my family again, as well as reccomending this place to others!

I’m a seasoned Mexican food lover & will admit, most Mexican restaurants are the same as the others. But this one is NOT. This place has some of the best food I’ve ever tried. Their homemade chorizo is fantastic. Their salsa is warm & excellente. Give it a try

Hacienda San Miguel is my favorite Mexican spot! The service is always friendly, the food comes out fast with quick drink refills, chips, and salsa. I always get the strawberry margarita on the rocks (with that amazing tajín rim) — usually two because they’re so good! The Choripollo is incredible — tender chicken breasts with peppers and onions, homemade chorizo, and melted cheese. It’s huge and lasts me three meals. Even the warm salsa is delicious — I always take some home for the week!

Have you ever been to a restaurant where the guests at other tables are loudly discussing how horrible the service is and how they would never be back? Neither have I, until tonight… I probably should have know something was wrong when my husband and I came for dinner on a Friday evening and very few people were there. My husband and I placed our orders and we received our food within 10 minutes. However, at the time our food came out we still had not received the guacamole we ordered, nor the margarita I had asked for. About half way through our meal, the guacamole came out and the waitress informed me that they did not have the flavor of margarita I wanted. I told her that I was no longer interested. The food was the redeeming factor- It was very delicious! We will likely not be back due to the chaotic service and lack of structure.
