This is a fast food restaurant, I’m not saying it is gourmet, but this may be the best fast food restaurant in Kansas City. This restaurant is about halfway between my home and an area I have to drive to regularly. Whenever I stop here I am usually going through the drive through and I’m in a hurry. They have never gotten an order wrong for me. The food is consistently as good as you can expect from a fast food restaurant, and the staff is always friendly. Also, I don’t even worry if there is a line because I know it won’t take long, they are always super fast. Just because I point out that it isn’t gourmet don’t get me wrong, it will probably be the best Wendy’s food you have tasted.

Just spent $29.53 on two meals and a 4 piece nugget. Did not get the nuggets and food was stone cold. Two employees playing around in drive thru window and not working. Burger was dry and cold. Definitely not made to order. Tried to call the store and of course no answer. Because why answer the phone when you pre cook all the food and have all the time in the world to play in the drive thru. Will never be back!

I work at the dispo right next door and i get Wendy’s every day and every time my order is fresh fast and the workers are always nice to me. I have probably been here at least 100+ times by now and not once has my order been messed up.

Went here last night to pick my 4 year old up a happy meal and not an hour after she ate, she projectile vomited all over my carpet. She has been throwing up every hour on the hour, can’t keep a drop of water down. The last thing she ate was wendys kids cheeseburger and fries and a little of her frosty. I’m extremely disappointed that not only did bad food come out of there but it made it to my 4 year old daughter. The service was great, never had an issue. But the food is no good, the fries are never fresh. Avoid this place as I’m in contact with cooperate because someone isn’t cooking properly in that kitchen.

Bad customer service, I asked to pay to add something to mobile order, even as separate payment or cash and told no and that there was a line in drive through so they could not. There was absolutely nobody but me. The drive thru and parking lot was completely empty. Completely dismissed any of my questions

I honestly probably will never return to The 13601 Madison location and at this point maybe I should just cancel Wendy’s altogether .I spent over $30 on food for my children, got 1 mile down the road only to taste my fries and they were room temperature!! not even a little warm!! This is the same EXACT reason I quit patronizing the BANNISTER RD location. Food always cold, and subpar.
Customers should be able to receive hot food, not food that has been sitting under a warmer for hours at a time and not food that is room temperature or cold to the touch. I was extremely dissatisfied and so were my children. What a waste of money.

Came inside to order. Asked for my sandwich to be ketchup only. Drove the 1 mile back to work to realize not only my fries were cold and hard, my sandwich had ustard, pickles, and onions on it. Do better. I have no choice but to eat the sandwich but ended up just throwing the fries away. Can’t comment on nuggets as I gave them to the homeless gentlemen out front.

I’ve only eaten at Wendy’s a few times in my life. I was hesitant on going to this location because of the reviews. However my experience was pretty good. Got through the drive thru line quickly, the lady was very polite, food was hot and fresh. No complaints, except for my receipt that was in my fries. That’s a pet peeve of mine.

Order was wrong. Frosty came melted, fries and nuggets were cold. When I walked in to get my order fixed it smelt like weed inside the building. Never coming to this Wendy’s again.

They forgot my salad dressing. Thank goodness I’m on a diet and don’t use salad dressing anymore, but another customer might not be so understanding. Maybe they charge for salad dressing, I’m not sure. Still, I had to tell her I had a chicken sandwich and salad when I went up the drive thru. I just eat the chicken, no bread and give the fries to my dog.
