Where to start… Ordered 1 hotdog ketchup and onions, it has mustard and relish. Ordered 1 Coney hotdog, the chili was old and burnt. Ordered a Reese sonic blast with extra Reese cup in it, had less (i.e. almost none) Reese than any I have ever ordered. Showed the employee, and they said everywhere else was doing it wrong if there were chocolate and peanut butter chunks in it!

The single worst experience I have ever had at a sonic.

Ordered buffalo chicken bites, they gave me bbq. When I told them I ordered Buffalo they took it back to fix it. When I got home I saw they took the bbq chicken that I sent back and just poured Buffalo sauce on top of it. Will not be going back

The employees need more training or the crew needs to be fired. The footlong I ordered looked disgusting, and I believe they definitely dipped old fries back into the grease, that is so unprofessional and tasteless, I won’t be visiting this Sonic ever again

Every car spot we pulled up to I mean 2 in a row was out of service but the food was great and service was timely I appreciate my sonic car hot and will be back soon as as matter of fact I had just left sonic 2days before with no problem tots an a cheese Coney this day I had two corn dogs and tots both days I had a medium ocean water I love that drink it’s my favorite one of them I had a surprise and I can say the fountain drink was slightly weak. 5/14/23 visit was better order right food good service quick new promo was vers good sonic griller.

Redeemed my free shake (Points), FRESH banana. They put in an old nasty banana. So I called the store and spoke to DAKOTA. He argued with me that they don’t put in nasty fruit. Said there was NOTHING he could do and that I would have to talk to JEFFERY ADAMS the General Manager on MONDAY. Then he hung up before I could get his name! Called back 5 times before he answered to let me know his name. I WAS WONDERING WHY THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY almost every time I’ve been there!
Also not cool was the man coming up to the car yelling in my window begging (I was on the phone so i am assuming). BUT YELLING????

There were 2 other cars there and at least 4 employees and we still had to wait about 20 minutes or possibly longer to get our food. The woman that finally brought it out was very nice but ,that’s the longest I’ve ever had to wait at sonic. And the chili cheese tots were way over cooked and burnt. Not a fan of this location!!

2 years ago, this place wasn’t doing so well, but now they improved their quality.
The food, drinks, and customer service have gotten way better than before. The only downfall is the menu boards act up at times, making it to where sometimes they have to come out to your car to take your order. Not all Menus act up.
I just hope that the owner of the business gets new ones or fixes them.
Plus give their employees a raise for being great workers.

I’m always treated very well.
They don’t usually put napkins in the bag.
Will bring some if you ask but I think napkins shouldn’t optional.
Otherwise the food is always delicious.
Speaker is friendly and concise, carhop always polite and helpful. Sometimes mistakes are made but I’ve always been satisfied with how I was taken care of afterwards.
Management always helpful when you need them.
Sometimes food is a little slow, but that’s not a regular situation.
I would recommend to everyone!!!!

Ordered 40$ worth of food. No jalapenos on the burger orders 2 large oreo cookie dough big scoop shakes and no cookie dough ☹️…. Second time in a row they’ve got our orders wrong. Don’t have time to go back and complain with 3 hungry kids in the car.

I’ll put this head incase you don’t want to read. Go somewhere else don’t spend your After ordering at the drive thru with no one in front of me and two other cars parked I waited 15 for my 2 milk shakes. When the young lady brought it out the order was wrong she said she would have to go back in and it would be a minute. I told her never mind I had been there long enough and had to go. She then hollered azzhole at me while I was pulling away. I parked and went to ask the manager if this was normal. As I opened the door his employees were cussing him and when I asked why she felt comfortable cussing at customers he looked very overwhelmed and scared of his own employees. I feel for the owner because this is all he has. Employees cussing at customers because SHE got the order wrong and I didn’t have more time to waste so she could try to get it right.
