This Starbucks location is typical as far as Starbucks goes. The drive thru can be tricky as it intersects with the drive thru of the neighboring Panda Express.
Occasionally, this Starbucks has been closed during business hours with no real explanation. There has been several times in the last year where mobile ordering is not available.
The staff is friendly and helpful. When I used in store pickup, the store was neat, clean, and organized.
The quality has been great. The drinks are hot or cold as needed. They will give water or ice at no extra charge. This store also offers pup cups when you ask for them.

I’ve been coming here with my husband for many years and I went in yesterday for the new chai with cherry foam but was very skeptical haha. When I tasted it, it was the best flavors ever and im not a fan of cherry at all and wow what a great mix of flavors. But not just that drink, everytime i come in here they are always extremely sweet, very friendly, smiling, fun and just all around amazing. The coffee is always great but yes sometimes they mess up but the great thing is. They’re very apologetic and quick to fix it. Love this shop and will always come back. Thank you guys.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make orders correct. I order a strawberry acai refresher lemonade every time here and they NEVER add lemonade to it. Always water. It’s so frustrating to pay 6$ for a drink 1$ extra for lemonade, just to get a disgusting terrible drink that is NOT what I ordered.

This review is for the drive through only. The employees are always friendly. The baristas are quick making the drinks, but you may be waiting awhile due to the long lines of cars this place attracts. They haven’t messed up an order yet, and their cold brew is always good. Definitely worth waiting in line for.
