Very clean and friendly place! We walked with and got greeted instantly with a friendly face! All of the employees were friendly but we dealt mostly with Omar, he was very friendly, very kind and extremely respectful! He is an awesome person to have at the front! I would totally give him a raise, that’s how impressed we were with him because not everyone you come across is that friendly and kind especially in customer service! Two thumbs way the heck up for him and this establishment!

Wow what a nice place! The bacon cheeseburger was made to perfection. $20 for the burger, little fries & and drink. They overflowed the cup with sooo many fries. It was clean inside and the employees were friendly! Service was quick and its located across the street from a few hotels.

We went by 8 pm on a Monday. Service was nice.
We ordered two burgers. Both were great, super fresh ingredients. Only thing we didn’t like was the soda machine, it didn’t had all the options available (in our case, dr pepper)

I love 5 guys. Have had good results in the past here. Started order, and she asked for a wrap instead of buns. The lady seemed to acknowledge it. And rest of order. We came here because we could order a wrap as she is staying away from carbs. The food we got tasted good. But the order didn’t have the wrap. So she had to take everything off the buns and eat with a fork. The person that took the order left just after we got our order. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly. But giving the rating because the one reason we were there and very specific in our order was wrong. Maybe we skip that store and go the other one. Or not eight before shift change. Disappointed in my evening out.

Food was delicious, best burger I’ve ever had. That said, the fries were a bit too salty for my taste. Staff was friendly and quick, but the tables were a bit messy and we had to wipe ours down ourselves.

Me and a few friends went there after the mall and ordered some food and the cashier misheard my friend and thought we wanted six burgers when we actually wanted two hotdogs and two burgers, however they were very polite about it and gave us the two hotdogs and let us keep the extra food. Went to south 3rd store, Service was great, have a food allergy were awesome with not contaminating, actually gave extra pickles when asked. All in all good experience.
