The service here is so lovely – the food is OK tho. I had the Beignets Benedict (3/5) and while the Beignets were very good, the chicken tasted weird? Like it was a prepared chicken breast from a bag – otherwise sauce on the Beignets was great. Breading was also coming off the chicken. Biscuit was average (3/5).

Believe the hype.
From the “All Day Martini”, to the chicken biscuits, hands down the best breakfast I had in a while. And Baby those grits .
Katy gave great recommendations, service was awesome! Definitely coming back.

This restaurant lives up to its siblings on the west side. The food and coffee are both wonderful and the restaurant is modern and extremely clean. If you like biscuits, the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit will change your life

While visiting NOLA, from Florida, a local recommended this gem! We had the Hot Chicken & Honey Butter biscuit with Smoked Gouda Grits. When i tell you, it did not disappoint! It was so good and fresh. The french toast biscuit was unlike anything I’ve tried before and the grits were seasoned to perfection.

Saw good reviews of this place and they have egg Benedict, which is my favorite. The Benedict was delicious with fried chicken, crawfish sauce and beignets, not your normal Benedict. A must try if you like Benedict. I also had the lavender latte, the lavender is a bit strong for my liking, should stay with vanilla

District Diner was everything we hoped for and more, and we had to go back a second time. We got the breakfast burrito (highly recommend), grits, and a donut the first day and lemon blueberry pancakes and chicken pancakes the second day. I can’t express how great the food and service was. Thank you to Taylor for the excellent service and other New Orleans suggestions!

Really fun place with outstanding food quality. The portions are normal and absolutely delicious. We went there on a game day and the service was spot on. Highly recommend them when in NOLA.

Had lunch here with my Mom and Sister. Overall great experience but there was a minor issue with the beignets being raw. It was corrected though. All other food items were delicious.

Very nice diner type atmosphere. Easy to get to from the French Quarters. Take the trolley #46 and its about a minute walk. This location picks up their share of crafted donuts from the main location. So, if you dont get there early, like I didnt, your chooses will be limited, unfortunately.

I tried them once on a whim, I had the steak breakfast and it was… okay but it tasted off. I couldn’t put my finger on what about it tasted off. I finished my steak, my coffee was delicious. Even though I finished the steak I avoided this place for a while due to the weird taste. I decided to come back a couple months later thinking I’ll just get something else not the steak.
I got the crawfish beignets. First of all it was cold which was ridiculous as the place had one other two top sat. Second, it was gross. I tried to at least eat the crawfish parts but the beignet tasted freezer burnt and the sauce just didn’t taste fresh. It was hard to eat tbh. It reminded me of the weird taste of the steak before. The beignet was inedible and I eventually gave up trying to muscle it down. The crawfish sauce being cold was horrible but I ended up managing to eat most of the ‘ money ‘ parts and just vowed to not return except maybe to get coffee since the coffee was really good. I can understand not every thing is going to be super fresh made but at least make it hot and not freezer burnt. Unless that’s just the taste of it.
The service was great, coffee was great, nice quiet spot to eat lunch but I just cannot get behind the odd taste. It almost taste spoiled? Anyways tip your servers regardless ladies and gents they don’t cook the food.
