I ordered 2 drinks through the app and only received one which was the wrong size and basically hot water. They will not correct the order or refund. They tell you to go to doordash but I ordered through your app. The driver didn’t make the drink wrong and not include the second one. Worst beans and brews location there is. This place has always had bad service but you really showed your complete lack of customer service with this.

I frequently this location often as it is next to my office and convenient. However that last couple times I have been, they are just not on top of it. They give out the wrong food and drinks and do not make changes requested to the food. The receipts reflect the correct order and I am charged for add on or changes. but the items that actually come out are incorrect. It doesn’t feel great being charged for something that you are not receiving. (Example – ordered a bacon egg and cheddar croissant and got sausage and egg and ordered a turkey pesto panini and added avocado and did not receive the avocado I was charged for and it was missing the cheese). All of this on top of the 15 minute wait in the drive thru just to receive the wrong items. Mistakes happen and once or twice wouldn’t be a problem but three times in a row makes you not want to go back. I don’t know what is happening lately but it seems like they just aren’t paying attention.
I think I will skip the headache and head to the nearby Starbucks from now on.

Really nice employees, but every time I get the pumpkin shaken espresso it tastes like water. No pumpkin, no coffee flavor just water. So I don’t come to this location for this specific drink anymore I go somewhere else. Other drinks I’ve had have been good though

I’m really not sure why this establishment is on food delivery apps. I have had 3-4 orders go through and take my payment on the delivery app. Within ten minutes one of the food items is marked unavailable when it was accessible on the app menu. Within 5 minutes of changing my selection, the order gets canceled completely due to “unavoidable order system issues.” Each time, it takes 1-2 business days to get that money back so I’m just out on breakfast. Beans, you gotta get off the apps if you can’t actually fulfill the orders on the app. This hasn’t been a one time thing, and it’s frustrating/unreliable!! Thank you.

I love Beans & Brews so I wish I could give a better review for this store. This one is close to my work so it’s convenient, but half the times I’ve gone, I’ve gotten the wrong order. One of those times, I ordered a 16oz hot latte and got a 12oz once back. I let the worker know and she remade it but seemed angry about it. I then received a 16oz latte with cold milk in a hot cup. I didn’t want to bug them anymore so I went about my day. Overall, the drinks and food taste fine when they’re correct, but I wish the service was a lot better.

I’m stuck going to this location because it’s the only one on my way to work, but I’m seriously unhappy with the service. There’s always at least one thing wrong with my order. Either, they’re missing a main ingredient (like the chai mixture for chai lattes), they get an ingredient wrong, the baristas are incredibly rude, or sometimes they flat out give the wrong drink. I wish I was closer to the one in Midvale, because this location is consistently awful in every aspect.

I ordered a 20 oz latte and received a 12 oz latte. I am on my way home so i do not want to wait for someone to fix the order. When I get home I discover that it is just steamed milk, there is no coffee at all in my latte! this happened at 4:00 PM there was no line at the window and the coffee shop was empty. I just aid $6 for 12 oz of steamed milk! Awesome!

I apparently really need to deeply check my order before leaving this location. Just made it to work only to find out my Sausage egg and cheddar is actually a bag filled with doughnut holes.. I feel like this location is so worried about being fast that they are constantly messing up I would rather wait longer and have things be correct. I just really want this location to get it together since it’s basically next to my house. My coffee was correct though so that was nice. The staff here is nice as well just maybe their minds are somewhere else ♀️
