Manager it is so rare to see management work so well with their team and customers. I don’t usually write reviews unless I am truly WOWED and today I was!! I will be back and make sure and tell my friends to go too. After covid customer service has been lackluster today was so different it was so refreshing.

One of my favorite places for lunch on Saturdays! The staff is absolutely lovely. They welcome you as soon as you enter, engage in friendly conversation, and take care to make you order just right. Truly a wonderful sandwich shop that makes delicious food 🙂

Yo! I’m giving 5 stars because there is only one worker here right now 5 people in the store and he’s doing what he can. It’s a shame that there’s not another employee here too help. I work in the service industry and have been in this position before. Do your franchise’s reputation a favor and fully staff your stores! I’m not even mad about waiting 20 minutes for my sandwich that I pre-ordered ahead of time.

i got the club sandwhich and the lady that helped me out, Pursephone, was beyond sweet! she kindly took my order and was super patient when i had to fix my card at the register. i’ll definitely be making this my go to jersey mikes! I have never had a more pleasant experience!

Was greeted by Amanda right when I walked in the door! Great atmosphere and friendly service all around, Purrsephone made us the most delicious sandwiches! Overall a great experience, will definitely be coming back again!

This will be my new go to Jersey Mikes. Food made on time and well, staff was friendly and attentive and place was clean! After how bad the Tacoma location has gotten I almost gave up on Jersey Mikes. This location seems to actually take pride in their work and place, and parking is nice and open!
