McDonald’s – Woodside, Redwood City
Extremely disappointed with this location. I ordered a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder, and not only did it come without bacon, but when I took a bite, the meat was raw and red inside. To make it worse, the fries weren’t fully cooked some were cold and hard. This is the third time I’ve experienced issues with undercooked food from this location. It’s unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control and care. I do not recommend this McDonald’s until they fix their food preparation and consistency.

I can’t believe I sat in the drive-thru with people inside of the restaurant and nobody announced that they were closed at 11:00 when their signs all over the place that say their new hours are till 5:00 a.m. in the drive-thru. So I pulled up to the window to knock on it and I asked him if they were closed and he said yeah and I asked him why are these signs all over the whole place and he said he doesn’t know. If I could put zero stars I would.

If I could give them no stars just to drive home a point, I so would. They have no clue what customer service is. I placed a mobile order and they said they could see it but could not fill it even though it was paid for. I understand computers have glitches but shouldn’t this be a reconciliation done between the company and corporate not punish the person who ordered and not give them the food. In addition, I was charged for the food and they said it would autorefund since the food was not picked up. Wrong!!! Even after 8 business days it still did not refund. I tried contacting the restaurant and received a generic form letter not even addressing the credit of the meal I was charged for and did not receive e. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company to get the credit. The store manager here did absolutely nothing! Worst McDonald’s service anywhere. Never will return!

Don’t waste your money at this location. I placed an order on the app and upon arrival, I was told that they didn’t have my order, despite me being able to see my order number on the screen.
I pulled up to the window and saw that my order had been cancelled by the staff.
What a joke! McDonald’s still took my money. I’m so beyond frustrated with the horrible service at this location.
Again, do not waste your money at this horrible McDonald’s.

A TINY amount of English fluency is all I expect. A teeny tiny amount of English would allow me to order. They speak not one word of English. When i go to Mi Puebla or a taco truck, i expect no English. But when i go to Mcdonald’s and i have a question, i need the employees to be able to help. So I get hated on for having questions, my order is wrong and i get serious attitude. The place is basically horrible AND scary.

The parking lot in the remodel is confusing. One says enter one says exit however, if you go in the driveway that says enter, you are stuck going through the drive-through. And they have no restroom for customers. I would never go to this location again.
