I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for many I was almost here everyday giving them business, but I recently had a very disappointing experience. I stopped by to politely ask for a cup of water so I could take a pill for my medication. The barista, Emily, was very persistent about a “policy” that water is only given with a purchase.Another barista at the cashier clearly recognized me as a regular, but Emily still refused. I was going to stand there any argue whether she should give me a glass of water. This was just poor customer service and it was a simple and reasonable request that could have been handled with a bit of empathy/understanding. After being a loyal customer for so long since I loved the way they made my coffees, this experience left such a bad impression that I won’t be returning to this location anymore.

This place? This is one of the pimpest of Starbucks that exists. Staff is more or less friendly, the bathroom is clean, and the service is for the most part, quick. It’s a good little place to finish your day off at. Keep in mind though it gets a lot of traffic being where it is so it’s a decent place to watch the world fo by, if you know what I mean.

I order online went to pick up my coffee it was super hot which is great, but I didn’t make it home , I walk a mile a it felt apart and my oatmeal was plain without complement’s. It was so sad that I walk for nothing!

I usually come in early to pick up coffee as they open early. This location is on my way to work, and it is convenient. There is a small parking lot. Staff is always friendly even though it is early in the morning. They are also very helpful. Drink is decent. Will continue to support this location.

Never an empty seat inside here. The patio tends to be dirty with weird things in the bushes (like random women’s shoes). Friendly service, but overall kind of a gross Starbucks location.

I ordered from here through a food delivery app and my bacon Gouda was still in original packaging. I do understand that rush hour is a thing but food safety is essential. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

AMBIANCE: Not a lot of tables for indoor seating. Small outdoor patio seating.

the cold foam was a decent amount, compared to other Starbucks, where it was lacking.

I love that you can place an order before you arrive. And the pick up is a breeze. The barista are so friendly and nice. They’ve always been so nice that I have to leave a tip every time I stop by. They deserve it! The grilled cheese is now one of my faves to order. This place gets pretty busy. But most people are in and out so quick.
