I accidentally came across this really cute place in Loveland. I’m very happy I did because everything was great and super cute. I got the lotus lemonade and it tasted amazing (it even had glitter in it!!) I can’t wait for the summer time so I can sit on their outside seating area that I fell in love with. It reminds me of my trip to France!! The customer service was also good it was a bit crowded but this is a total gem. Almost forgot but they ALSO have gluten free optionssss

This place is seriously so stinking cute! All three employees this afternoon were wonderful with extremely great customer service as well. I was greeted as soon as I entered and they were very engaging. I got the coffee flight and two hot cocoa bombs for my kids for later. The coffee flight is awesome, especially for the value and variety you get to choose from. My only “complaint” from my experience are the hot cocoa bombs. They’re more like chocolate bombs because there’s no cocoa inside and the chocolate from the ball is not enough to make your drink actually taste chocolatey. I used less milk than what the package even says to use and the “hot cocoa” was white. For $5/piece there should definitely be actual cocoa inside of the bombs, not just marshmallows. I’m a baker/treat maker and I’m very confused on the thought process behind there being no cocoa inside the hot cocoa bombs lol Otherwise, you’re just drinking sweet milk basically. Will for sure be back for the coffee though!

I am OBSESSED with this coffee shop. Everyone who works here is genuinely kind and happy – like, smiley in a way that feels real. There’s plenty of seating, so it’s great for hanging out or settling in for a bit.
The owner is a nutritionist, which really shows – the syrups are high-quality, the ingredients are intentional, and nothing is overly sweet or artificial. The flavors are balanced and actually taste good, not overpowering. We will absolutely be coming back every time we’re in Cincinnati.

Cocoa Muse is my favorite spot in Loveland! Whether I have 5 minutes between meetings and need a little pick me up or 2 hours to rest and need a cozy spot to get a delicious latte and a little treat, it’s the perfect place to stop by. I’m always greeted with smiles, and it’s always sparkling clean! Beautiful, cozy atmosphere, and delicious coffee and chocolate! I highly recommend you check out this small, women-owned gem!

Great new business in Loveland. Very unique and delicious menu options and the fudge is a MUST try if you haven’t. I would recommend the Cocoa Caliente – great chocolate flavor with a hint of spicy spice! Cute space, friendly staff and delicious offerings. Go check it out! We attended a fun European cars and coffee event on Sunday this past weekend which was great as well. Looking forward to visiting more and trying more of your offerings. Congratulations!

Lovely tasting experience- they have chocolate gummy bears- very unique! We bought Black raspberry Truffle (was amazing), Snickers fudge and we got chocolate expresso beans. Everyone in the store was lovely to talk to as well. Very clean store, We Can’t wait for them to have their grand opening!

We came to the Cocoa Muse while visiting and loved it! Coffee and treats were amazing, but the staff is what really takes the cake. My 2 year old daughter was calling them her friends by the time we left. Super sweet welcoming people!

Great new shop in Loveland OH. Cute, cozy and welcoming are the best words to describe Loveland’s newest place to get caffeinated! Serving an assortment of coffee drinks, teas and other refreshing beverages. I tried the cold brew, frozen hot chocolate and cappuccino. All of them were delicious and delivered in a timely manner by their friendly staff.
Also, don’t forget about their bakery and chocolate. I admit, I had to sample the maple walnut fudge ☮️ ️☕

I always start with the people and the staff here were wonderful the 2 times I’ve been in. Very helpful and pleasant.
I wouldn’t go here to get work done, it’s not that kind of coffee shop. I don’t think they offer WiFi. But if you’re meeting a friend, or looking for a relaxing environment, I highly encourage you to check this place out.
There was maybe 3 small (2 person) tables but plenty of seating for a quick chat. There’s also an outdoor seating area.
Haven’t tried the food but drinks were superb, definitely recommend visiting.
