Well, it has been a while since we have been back to this location on 164th & N. May only to find that the food still is not eatable.
Bread is stale, meat taste like cardboard, and the prices are too high. They have changed their food quality. We ordered a Double meat and cheese quarter pounder, Single meat and cheese quarter pounder, a Big Mac, and French fries. The fries were the only thing that tasted OK. We had to throw away over 3/4 of everything else because it was so dry and over done. I don’t think they clean their grill good enough because it had the taste of crispy burnt meat. We are done eating at any McDonalds.

On a whim we popped into the drive thru of McDonald’s….I know why I never eat this kinda food…..its not real food….the fries were disgusting, unsalted. We were missing an item….good thing we checked the bag before leaving. They also don’t give you ketchup, napkins etc unless you ask for it! Good help is hard to find! Does anybody take pride in their job??

Ordered mobile, pulled to the order window and no one answered for 8 min while other cars went by. Pulled up they took my code and I pulled to the second window. They gave me the wrong order, gave me my “correct” order, but still wrong as they left cheese on the burger, gave me a third bag, checked and looked like no cheese and drove off. Well in fact they just smushed it to one side where I didn’t unwrap. Also forgot all my sauces cause they were in the first bag and I was too annoyed to notice in the third bag.

Every time I go through the drive through after ordering my food online, this location messes up my order and they WILL NOT answer the phone if you try calling. There’s nothing worse than getting home and realizing your child’s food is not in the bag. Honestly, just so annoying. Do yourself a favor and go up the road to a different location.

I placed a mobile order for large fries at 11:42 (yes i understand they close at 12am, i usually am not that person to be placing an order so close to closing) Anna & Jacob were so kind to still give me fresh fries. They could’ve just ignored me in the drive thru because it was literally closing time but they didn’t. i would not have been mad if they did! i even offered to cancel my order because again, i really am not that person. I got fresh fries & it was so nice & crispy. I appreciate Jacob and Anna!!

McDonald’s is not usually our choice option for fast fast however we ended up having a quick dinner here. Quarter pounder meat was raw. Food took 15 minutes.
Store was under staffed, thanks to free money.
We will give it a second chance again perhaps in a year or two.

It wasnt very busy and waited for nearly 20min in the drive through, when I finally arrived home I noticed my bag was torn and there was a greasy mess everywhere, my burger wraper is covered in grease and ketchup everywhere. Poor service, luckily mcdonalds are at almost every block in my area so I know which ones to avoid

I always order through the app and goes well, this time I used points for a double cheese burger and 6 piece nuggets. I find out my burger was a simple patty with ketchup, no cheese. This is unacceptable since I used points to redeem a free reward and I need to be more careful for which mcdonalds will serve correctly. Im disappointed to spend points on the app for something far cheaper than was anticipated.

Staff professional friendly and efficient -well, except for maybe some of the new staff didn’t know all the tricks, but they’ll get better. Still very generous. Overall HIGH efficiency.

The teens do a great job. I came in the evening. My quarter pounder was hot, bun was soft! One teen was working both windows and another was taking money. She had colored hair. Very nice and they looked like they enjoyed their job. Great job girls!
