i have been coming to this dunkin for 10+ years and i’ve never had any problems until the past year or two. i’ve had employees get nasty attitudes with me all because i was one minute early for an online order. i try to time it out the best i can from leaving my house, but i cant account for the line once i get there?? sometimes it’s long and sometimes it’s short. seemed to have ruined someone’s day by coming a minute early for my iced coffee. that happened more than once. i stopped coming here for a long time after that.
i work in the service industry and i deal with people every day. i know how nasty they can be. but i can promise you i am NOT that person. i am nothing but kind to ANYONE. i was actually raised with manners unlike others.
the main reason for this review is because of what happened on Friday. i decided to bring my co workers some donuts to work for Valentines weekend since i was off. i very politely ordered 50 assorted munchkins, 12 assorted donuts, and one medium black coffee. the employee through the speaker was nice as pie!! she told me she would have the total for me at the window.
as i pull up in line, the woman behind me started ordering assorted donuts. continuing with her order until she realized this location was out of bavarian cream donuts. she ended up cancelling her order and driving out of the line. i understand the frustration and that the employees might have been flustered. so when i finally pull up to the window, the employee tells me my total was $30 and some change. i only had twenties so i hand her $40. as she is handing me my munchkins, donuts, and change, i notice that it is a $10 bill so i politely ask her for change for the ten and apologized for not clarifying before. she then very rudely questioned me and i repeated to her that i just wanted two five dollar bills. i then say “i need two fives. you can keep one i just need one back.” so she then proceeds to throw my $10 bill onto her register and turn around to talk to her co workers about the woman who cancelled her donut order.
at this point i was just waiting for the black coffee. i sat there for over a minute waiting. once the girls had the next order ready, (the girl who is working the window), turned to me with a food bag and an iced drink ready to give me my total until she realizes it’s still me waiting there. she very rudely said “ugh what are you still doing here?” and i politely told her the black coffee. drove away so angrily that i forgot about my $10.
I have been coming here very seldomly ever since the interaction over a year ago with me being a minute early for my iced coffee online order. i will tell you that i will now NEVER be coming back here. i work in a restaurant and i know that doesn’t mean anything from me. but i have told people about this interaction and will continue to do so unless your employees get an attitude adjustment. i’m not going to sit on here and say that employee stole my money, but in reality she has that $10 that she did NOT deserve. I tip when it’s deserved and i got treated like absolute garbage on Friday for no reason and robbed $10.

Absolutely disappointed. Got a frozen coffee and it was dripping around the edges of the lid into my car. Only one napkin was given in the bag. To top it off, the drink tastes like straight milk. Never coming back to this location specifically

Stopped at Dunkin today to pick up some brownie batter donuts. When I placed my order at the speaker, nothing was mentioned about any limits or needing to order ahead. Once I reached the window, an employee addressed me in a harsh, lecturing manner and told me I should have given 24 hours’ notice for ordering that many of the ‘specialty’ donuts.

If this is store policy, it should be clearly communicated before customers reach the window. I would have had no problem changing my order if I had been told earlier at the speaker. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, and the tone used was unprofessional. It felt as if you were being scolded like a child. Very unpleasant experience. 🙁

The drive thru, parking lot, and gas pumps are set up in a way that it is difficult to navigate. The get into the drive thru line, parking lot, and pumps do not leave space to navigate. Also, I ordered sweet cold foam on my drink and it was missing.

Stopped around 6:15 a.m. on 10/2/25 only 1 car in front of me and after that person ordered I pulled forward and sat there 5 minutes without even an acknowledgment on the speaker so I just left. I understand sometimes they are short handed but at least acknowledge the next person. I worked over 30 years at the same shop until recently i retired in retail at counter writing vehicle work orders and I at least acknowledged the next customer before taking keys to the shop. So I went down to the Sheetz down the road not far from this store.
