I ordered the six piece chicken strip meal With a large fry. It cost $14.50ish and we recieved burnt toast that stunk up the car and TINY chicken strips… two of them were approximately 2 inches long. And this meal came with no drink…the kicker was that the fries and strips were lukewarm.
I understand inflation is a real thing, but charging $14 for this subpar food is ridiculous.
The younger guys working were nice enough, but this was a very disappointing meal

Got a couple great glizzys the other day. Fast Friendly and fast service. Add the fire sauce they put on the hot burgers for extra heat in lieu of jalapeños…they should have jalapeños though.

You can eat inside this DQ. Love the ice cream and it’s good prices! I got the thin mint blizzard today. It’s made with the girl scout thin mint cookies. Yum! They got a new flavor too, caramel fudge cheesecake that I will have to try next time. Also, I was told this store stays open year round so I will have to keep coming back !!!

My husband went to grab us some ice cream and brought back a mess. Upset that there were no lids on my Sunday or his blizzard that were already mostly melted. He didn’t was to hold up the line any further after already waiting 30 minutes to get his ice cream and there being a line still wrapped around the building and out into the road 15 minutes before close. We live less than 5 minutes away and almost none of my Sunday is solid ice cream, it’s like it’s been sitting out for an hour, melted and warm. The convenience of having a DQ so close to home was a nice opportunity but every time we’ve gotten anything it’s always a 30-45 minute wait in the drive thru and the ice cream we get is not worth the time waited let alone the money spent. Horrible, at this point I’d rather drive all the way out to Young’s and spend the time waiting there, at least the quality is worth the money and the wait.

I guess I have always held a really high standard when it comes to dairy Queen cause that was like our hang out in my home town but food was great seemed to be priced a little high but they could have been a little less rude but over all good stop in place to eat

I drove thru to pick up a blizzard for Miracle Day. Despite the fact, they must have been very busy, the staff was extremely courteous, listened patiently to my special instructions, and I got the exact blizzard that had wanted. This was a very enjoyable experience and I will soon return.

I ordered a small vanilla cone. I took four bites of the cone and the last two bites had pieces of diced onion in the ice cream. Disgusting. I drove back to the store to inform them to which I was told I was wrong by the manager (lady in her 60’s) and two other employees. Said there is no way that happened and accused me of lying. Refused to give me a refund only another cone. (Why would I want another cone?) I guess she needs the $3.49 I would want to know of issues with food if I were the owner. Why would someone waste their time driving back to the store to make up a story like that? Sad way to conduct business but seems to be par for the course looking at other reviews. Maybe a change in profession would do some good. If you swing by and order a cone, ask them to withhold the diced onion!

Visited this location and was unaware we could not go in to order. The door was unlocked for Door Dash and they said there was a sign which we missed saying the inside was closed. I was confused and unaware of what was happening until this angry, raging employee started yelling that we needed to get out. My party was trying to understand what was going on as she continued to yell and berate us for having the audacity to enter in the first place. A simple hey folks sorry the inside isn’t open to the public we’d be happy to serve you in the drive thru would have been the polite professional way to handle the situation not the rude demeaning shrill attack we received. Totally unnecessary behavior.

They use to have the best milkshakes in town but must have changed how they make them, they taste like McDonald’s milkshakes now, the food is still good.

Visited this location tonight and they messed up our order, and we were told that it wasn’t their problem because they closed the cash drawer already. We offered to pay for the blizzard THEY messed up and we got told no and the manager said she wasn’t going to make it right because that is quote on quote “what we wanted.” It could have been handled completely different from the manager but instead she chose to be rude and not own up to her mistake and slam the window in our face because she wasn’t going to continue to argue about a situation she caused.
