What a great find! Uncle B’s Grill turned a church building into one of the cleanest, most inviting dining spots around. The bar alone is worth the visit! Tried the catfish with hush puppies and onion rings—crispy, flavorful, perfectly fried. The hamburger basket and home-cut fries were just as impressive. Already looking forward to going back and exploring more of their menu!

The restaurant is inside a remodeled church a few blocks from the main road. We both ordered the 1/2 lb. brisket and it came with 2 sides, for only 15.00. You also get 2 complementary yeast rolls with their homemade cinnamon butter while you wait for your order. The food tasted really good. The brisket is smoked in-house and the BBQ sauce was tasty. If you like a spicy sauce just let them know. Everything was great. The folks there were really friendly, and our waitress checked on us multiple times too. This was our first visit and we will most definitely be back. Highly recommended!!

Great food, great people, great citizens of Pottsboro. These guys seem to be everywhere even though it’s not the easiest place to find–right next to the fire station and library. Them potato skins kill my Keto diet every time…hurts so good.

We had a Grrrreat experience! We were recommended to try Uncle B’s by a local gentleman who couldn’t say enough good about it, and he was spot on! We had the chicken fried steak and a ribeye steak. Both were excellent! The mashed potatoes and gravy and rolls were excellent, also. Service was top notch and the entire staff was very friendly! Wish we weren’t just passing through – we would be eating there all the time!

A Sunday afternoon drive brought us to one of our new favorite spots. From the fried okra and catfish to the sampling of brisket and bbq sauce, everything was perfection! Brandon, the owner, was so kind and our server Landon didn’t miss a beat. We will be back!

omGeeeez!!! The food was truly amazing!!! My wife had the Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potato and Baked Beans while I had the Fried Catfish, Fries and Fried Okra. All of the dishes was superb!!! The appetizers of Fried mushrooms are heavenly pair with that tasty ranch dressing!!! Dont get me started on the Uncle B’s loaded fries …our waitress was a God-send and her table side manor was top-tier. Overall experience is a 10 out of 10. My wife is still raving over the food. Definitely will be back as often as I can. Easily made a fan out of us.

Was looking for something in Pottboro and google maps and noticed this out of the way restaurant. I had to check it out cause I was looking for something new for dining. Uncle B’s did not disappoint. Would recommend parking on the south side of the location. Service was friendly and attentive. Portions are large so come hungry. There was a live band and local HS football on the TV’s Friday night. Tried to upload pic from my dinner but Google errors out. The food is awesome! While waiting for your order, I was treated to a warm bun with cinnamon butter!
