Stopped into the Potbelly Sandwich Shop on Monument Circle and was genuinely impressed. The food was great featuring fresh ingredients, high‑quality meats and veggies, and everything tasted like it was made with care.
But what really stood out was the customer service. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman working the counter was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and clearly knew her job inside and out. You could tell she takes pride in what she does, and it made the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth.
Management should definitely do whatever it takes to keep her, employees like that make all the difference.
Highly recommend this location.

I want to start by saying this shop has quality food, it truly always taste good; But unfortunately, even though the product is mostly awesome, when the service is inadequate, it doesn’t matter. I frequently order from this shop on DoorDash, I work 12 hour days and truthfully DoorDash saves me a lot of time, unfortunately, I am having to file a complaint every single time I order from this location for items missing from my order or specific pieces of my order being wrong.. this may not sound like a big deal, however, this was the fifth occasion in a row that there was a consistent issue before I chose to make a review. I understand people get busy and I know hospitality is not easy as I have been a part of it for 18 years, but that does not mean quality service should drop, ever. Simply put, pay better attention to your customers orders, whether they be in person or on DoorDash.

There is nothing I like more than a discrete restaurant with an out loud atmosphere with great taste. It amps up my curiosity; therefore, no bigger expectations. I hadn’t been here in a couple of years and stopped in on a weekday. It’s clean and the service is still good, but shrinkflation has hit the menu prices. A bowl of soup is listed as $6.59 on the menu. The serving size is about as big as a closed fist and most people would just consider that a cup. Won’t be returning.

I had a delivery order and it never came. I called PB because DD told me it was PB that had to refund since I went through the PB website. I called the girl said she canceled my order and I would get my refund. Never happened! Great management. Really. My refund would be great!

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER, STORE TOOK MY MONEY AND WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING TO HELP-Placed a delivery order through the potbelly app, and the order was delivered through DoorDash. The dasher sent a picture of the drop off location and it was not the correct house. Instructions even said “house with blue door” and in the picture of drop off location it shows a house with a brown door (not our house)- reached out to dasher and dasher did not answer. Reached out to DoorDash and they said we needed to reach out to merchant since they are the ones who accepted the payment, and potbelly was who I placed the order through. I reached out to Pot Belly and they told us to reach back out to DoorDash but that they would write my name down and told me to call them back if DoorDash couldn’t help. I reached back out to DoorDash and they sent us back to potbelly. I called potbelly back 4 times and no one picked up the phone. I finally called using a different number and someone finally picked up and told us the only thing they could do was reach out to the district manager and then hung up.

I guess they had multiple catering orders but man incredibly slow they had about 10 people working only about 6 or 7 were actually working moving incredibly slow. I had a big catering order that was supposed to be picked up at 4:45 wasn’t actually ready till almost an hour later.

Really good sandwiches. The Cuban was a great sandwich with good tasting pulled pork, though could have had a bit more pork. Also tried the turkey club, Pizza sandwich, and A Wreck. All were very filling and the bread was really good. Enjoyed the experience and the view.
