Our first time here but we will be back! Had onion rings for an appetizer & a deep dish pizza that was excellent! Loved the crust. We also had wonderful service.

We had an Italian beef and sausage sandwich, cheesesteak, brisket sandwich and a couple burgers. The Italian beef was phenomenal…I drank the rest of my au jus…it was that good. My son said the cheesesteak was equally delicious. Brisket was tasty as well! Burgers were pretty standard, but everyone was pretty happy with them. They enjoyed the ciabatta buns for the burgers.
Our server was excellent! She was very attentive! Many people ordered pizza. Both the thin crust and Chicago style pizza looked delicious!

I’m a pulled pork fanatic (don’t read into that statement wrong) I really liked Johnny’s Ultimate pork sandwich. I loved the Giardiniera peppers on the sandwich. The meatball pizza was not great. It needed a side of sauce. Chelsea was a fantastic waitress!

We’ve wanted to go here for a long time and finally got it done. They did not disappoint! Brisket dinner was awesome as was the BBQ chicken. I don’t know if they make their own potato salad, but it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend.

Friday fish fry was poor. Bony, slightly mushy, and dipped in generic oil. No flavoring at all. $33 per fish fry special. Salad bar had brown iceberg lettuce and dressing, that was it. Old fashioned was poorly mixed with no fixings. Normally a good stop, but has really dropped the ball.

I’m not a bar going guy… but went for the food. They were PACKED. The small dining area was full so we sat at a small table in the bar area. Food was fantastic!…. Service was fast even though they were busy. We will be going back for more great food again!

Cheeseburger pizza was decent, could have used some more sauce. The Italian beef combo with mozzarella n sweet peppers stole the show. Definitely coming back for that again.
Edit: Wen’t back this past weekend and tried the steak sandwich and deep dish pizza. I underestimated this place a bit. Johnny’s steak sandwich was incredible as well as his deep dish with regular tomato sauce. If you’re looking for Chicago style food, this is the place. I wouldn’t lie to you!
